| In this study,288 Jinhua pigxPietrain Resource Population were taken as the research object. The phenotypic data of economic traits(12 growth traits,6 carcass traits,9 meat quality traits)were determined.Blood samples were collected and blood DNA was extracted.Illumina Porcine 80K SNP chip was used for genotyping.PLINK software was used to perform quality control on genotyped data.GEMMA software was used to analyze the correlation between the SNP site after quality control and the above target traits. The purpose of this study is to obtain significant SNP sites and search for candidate genes related to the sites. The results are:(1)After quality control of genotyping results,a total of 48796 points of effective SNPs were obtained. The significant threshold of chromosome level is 2.05E-05,and the significant threshold of genome level is 1.02E-06.(2)A total of 36 SNPs at the chromosome level and 7 SNPs at the genomic level were detected for growth traits, which are most distributed on chromosome 13.A total of 13 significant SNPs at the chromosome level were detected for carcass traits, with the most distributed on chromosome 4.A total of 48 SNPs at the chromosome level and 4 SNPs at the genomic level were detected for meat quality traits, which are most distributed on chromosome 1.(3)26 candidate genes were searched for growth traits, mainly involving ion migration,ATP binding and nucleoside binding processes.11 candidate genes were searched for carcass traits, which mainly have functions such as neuromodulation, cell morphogenesis, and enzyme regulator activity.44 candidate genes were searched for meat quality traits, which are mainly involved in negative regulation processes such as nucleic acid metabolism and biosynthesis.(4)Based on existed gene function reports,it is preliminarily inferred that COL9A1 and SMAD4 are the main candidate genes for birth weight, and TIAM1 is the main candidate gene for carcass weight. The results of this study provide clues for understanding the genetic mechanism of economic traits of Jinhua pigs and Pietrain pigs, provide a basis for subsequent molecular function verification, and provide new ideas for breed improvement. |
