| Aleurocanthus spiniferus(Hemiptera:Aleyrodidae)is one of the main pests in tea garden in Shandong province, and seriously affected the yield and quality in tea production. In order to explore the reasons for the significant differences in the occurrence of Aleurocanthus spiniferus in four tea tree varieties(Huangjinya,Fudingdabai,Longjing43# and Anjibaicha)in the same tea garden, the selectivity of Aleurocanthus spiniferus to four kinds of tea trees, the composition comparison of the volatiles of four kinds of tea trees and the ultrastructure of the antennae of Aleurocanthus spiniferus, which is closely related to Aleurocanthus spiniferus’ s search for host plant, laid the foundation for further exploration of the selective mechanism of Aleurocanthus spiniferus and the exploration of new green control technology of Aleurocanthus spiniferus. The results of the main research are as follows:By testing the olfactory behavioral responses of Aleurocanthus spiniferus to Huangjinya,Fudingdabai,Longjing43# and Anjibaicha in human, the results showed that Aleurocanthus spiniferus showed tropism to all four kinds of tea trees, and the tropism of Aleurocanthus spiniferus to the four kinds of tea trees was ranked from largest to smallest as Huangjinya >Fudingdabai > Longjing43# > Anjibaicha. The dynamic headspace collection(DHA)was used to collect volatiles from Huangjinya,Fudingdabai,Longjing43# and Anjibaicha. After GC-MS analysis,70 volatiles from Huangjinya,75 volatiles from Fudingdabai,59 volatiles from Longjing43# and 42 volatiles from Anjibaicha were obtained, including 8 types of alkanes, olefins, aldehydes, alcohols, acids, ketones, esters and other compounds, whose main components are mainly alkanes and olefins.Using scanning electron microscopy to observe the Aleurocanthus spiniferus, five types of tentacle sensors were identified, namely, sensillum trichoid(ST),sensillum basiconca(SB),sensillum chaetica(SCh),sensillum coeloconica(SCo),and sensillum campaniformia(SCa).Among them, sensillum trichoid was the most abundant, with three subtypes STⅠ,STⅡ and STⅢ respectively;sensillum campaniformia was found only on the pedicel of males;sensillum basiconca was distributed on both male and female, but only on the flagellum. |
