Hebei Province is a large vegetable production province,with vegetable planting area top in the country.Among them,the area of facility vegetables accounts for nearly one-third.The soil quality in the facility shed is the main factor that affects the yield and quality of vegetables.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to use green ecological technology to improve the soil quality in the shed.The straw bioreactor technology has the best effect in comprehensively improving the soil environment among the various methods of returning straw to the field.It can provide a suitable micro-ecological growth environment for facility vegetables.At present,the construction process of the straw bioreactor is complicated.Although the application effect is good in a small area,it is labor-intensive and lacks integrated operation machinery,so the promotion is not ideal.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a shed straw bioreactor operation integrated machine that integrates straw crushing,ditching,spreading straw strains,and covering soil to solve the problems of complicated construction procedures,large labor,and lack of applicable machinery for the shed straw bioreactor.Provincial facilities for vegetable production provide new technology and new equipment.(1)In view of the complex and labor-consuming problem in the construction process of straw reactor in shed,combined with the technical standard of straw reactor,the design requirements of the operation machine were put forward and the design scheme was determined.The operation machine can complete the ditching,straw spreading and soil covering procedures at one time.The machine was operated by remote control.The crawler chassis was connected to the hollow frame,and equipped with trenching,distributing and soil covering devices.The straw reactor construction operation was realized safely and reliably.(2)According to the current technical requirements of straw feeding and germ scattering in straw reactor,a self-crushing straw feeding device was designed.According to the burying depth of straw and the ratio between straw and strain,the distributing box was designed to arrange the disc cutter group,straw crushing knife roller,anti-blocking roller,strain feeding roller and strain dispersing roller to complete straw crushing and seed scattering evenly.The modal analysis of the grinding cutter roller proved that it can meet the requirements of operating conditions.EDEM and Design-Expert software were used to determine the optimal parameters of the spawning roller.The operation requirements of automatic crushing of falling straw and seed scattering by the straw reactor machine have been realized.(3)According to the requirements of grooves for straw reactor construction,a disc type rotary grooving device was designed.Combined with the agronomic requirements of ditching operation,a disk ditching device which was controlled by an electric push rod to lift the ditching cutter head was designed.The M-type soil-throwing guide plate was designed to form trapezoidal regular groove.The main parameters of the trenching cutter head were determined,and its motion and operating power consumption were analyzed and calculated.EDEM was used to simulate the ditching process.The results show that the average depth of the ditch is about 250mm and the width is about 500mm,the ditching device has the characteristics of stable ditching operation,less returning soil and uniform dumping soil,which can meet the agronomic requirements.(4)According to the working environment of the shed and the size requirements of the farm machinery in the shed,the crawler chassis walking mechanism was designed to connect the hollow frame to carry and arrange other working parts.Make full use of the interior space of the hollow frame,compact arrangement of the machine structure,reduce the size of the whole machine.According to the quality of the machine,the parameters of track chassis travel and gear train were determined.Its passability and turning performance were analyzed to ensure smooth operation in the shed.Static analysis of the frame was carried out to ensure that the strength of the frame can carry all the working parts.Realize the smooth operation in the shed,and successfully construct the straw reactor.
