NAC gene family encode a kind of plant specific important transcriptional factors,which are involved extensively in plant growth,development and organogenesis and stress responses.There are few studies on NAC transcription factors in Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin.In order to study the NAC transcription factor family of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin.we analysis of NAC gene in Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin by Bioinformatics.The structural characteristics and evolutionary relationships of these genes were systematically studied and compared with those of NAC genes,compared with those of NAC gene.The main results are as follows:By use Blast and HMMsearch search and compare the whole genome of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin.A total of 92 standard NAC genes were identified,which can be divided into 8 categories.By using the online website to predict and analyze the gene structure of NAC,it is found that the members in the same subgroup have similar structure.Most of the genes have the same motif structure,and a few of them have different motifs.The conserved motifs of genes in the same subfamily were very similar.By analysis cis acting elements of NAC genes,most of the NAC genes contain drought response elements,so we speculated that some NAC genes of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin are related to drought stress.We selected five genes from the 30 predicted NAC genes that might be involved in the stress response of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin,and their expression patterns under drought stress were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The results showed that the expression of these genes increased after drought treatment.
