Design And Experiment Of Sampling Machine For Grain Storaged

Aiming at the shortage of sampling equipment,the environmental factors and the low precision of sampling,a grain sampling prototype is designed and developed in our country.The main tasks of the thesis are as follows:1)According to the actual working conditions of the granary,analyze and put forward the model of the sampling machine for grain storaged,determine the working principle and working process of the skewer,and put forward the design requirements of the whole machine.2)Combined with the research of the performance of the track chassis on grain surface by researchers at home and abroad,the factors influencing the driving performance of the chassis are analyzed.According to the comprehensive indexes of driving,stability and damage to grain surface,the track chassis with width of 320 mm,grounding length of1250 mm,height of running stick of 20 mm,thickness ratio of 0.4 and inclination of 26.5 °is selected by sampling machine for grain storaged.3)Sampling machine for grain storaged was trial pprobeuced.According to the structural design requirements and theoretical analysis,the design scheme is put forward.Soildworks software is used to establish a three-dimensional model,and ANSYS Workbench software is used to carry out static analysis on each module of the grain sampling prototype in the granary.Finally,parts processing and electrical control debugging are carried out to complete the trial pprobeuction of sampling machine for grain storaged.4)Through sampling test,sampling machine for grain storaged can complete the technical actions of grain walking and automatic sampling of connecting probe.Through the test of key components and the sample test of the whole machine,it was verified that the grain skewer in the warehouse was similar to the grain samples obtained by the current manual casing skewer.The moisture content,bulk density and other indicators of the grain sampler in the warehouse were similar,and it was proved that the grain skewer in the warehouse could be used.Instead of manually completing the sampling operation of the grain stored in the granary.
