In the 1980s,the Institute of Special Wild Economic Animals and Plants of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences successively introduced domesticated mallards with high domestication and good production performance from the United States and Germany, and carried out breeding and research work. The new germplasm resources of the mallards with high yolk content and other characteristics have met the diversified market demand for special birds in China. The research on the germplasm characteristics of white mallards has not been reported yet.The main elements of this study are as follows. The 0~46 weeks growth and slaughter performance of the white mallards germplasm resources were measured and analyzed, and the live weight, body size growth law and slaughter performance data of the white mallards were obtained, and compared and analyzed with the mallards. Both mallards reached their maximum weight at the 24 weeks;the absolute growth of the live weight days before 6 weeks of age was relatively large, and the relative growth rate was relatively high. The male and female white mallards reached their maximum body oblique length at 28 and 20 weeks, respectively. The white mallards has a larger absolute growth rate and a higher relative growth rate on the oblique long day of the 6-week-old predecessor. The analysis of slaughter performance found that the slaughter rate and leg muscle rate of white mallards of different genders were not significantly different. The pre-slaughter weight, slaughter weight, half evisceration weight, half evisceration rate, and full evisceration weight of male white mallards,The evisceration rate and breast muscle weight were significantly higher than female white mallards, and breast muscle rate were significantly lower than female white mallards. The Beckman biochemical analyzer was used to determine and analyze 15 serum biochemical indexes of white mallards and mallards. The content of ALB,TBA,CHO,TG,T.BILI,HDL and D.BILI in male white mallards was significantly higher than that of male mallards, and the contents of ALT,MG,CA and TP were significantly lower than male mallards;female white green The contents of ALP,ALT,ALB,TBA,CHO,TG,HDL,GLU and D.BILI in ducks were significantly higher than female mallards, and the contents of CA,TP and LDL were significantly lower than female mallards. The muscle and egg yolk nutrients of white mallards and mallards were determined and analyzed.17 amino acids were detected in the muscles of both mallards. The content of Thr,His,Ser and Pro in the muscles of white mallards was significantly higher than that of mallards, and the content of Lys,Glu and Arg was significantly lower than that of mallards;both were detected. The contents of 13 fatty acids, stearic acid and oleic acid were significantly lower than that of mallards;9 mineral elements were tested, and there was no significant difference between the two mallards;8 vitamins were tested, and the content of VB1 in white mallards It is significantly higher than that of mallards, and the content of VD and VE is significantly lower than that of mallards.17 kinds of amino acids were detected in the egg yolk of two kinds of mallards, white mallards Ile content was significantly higher than mallards;16 fatty acids were detected, stearic acid content was significantly higher than mallards, palmitic acid was significantly lower than mallards,The ratio ofω-6 andω-6/ω-3 was significantly higher than that of mallards;9 mineral elements were detected, the content of sodium and selenium was significantly lower than that of mallards, and the content of manganese was significantly higher than that of mallards; To the six vitamins, the content of VD and VB2 was significantly higher than that of mallards, and the content of VB1 was significantly lower than that of mallards.
