| This topic introduces the straw baling machine and its core institutions at home and abroad research present situation and the development prospect of briquetting equipment,with caterpillar side bundle of baling machine as the research object,aiming at the problem that the existing compactness adjusting device needs manual adjustment,analyses its structure and work principle of key,using Solid Works software for 3D modeling and its overall optimization design of briquetting equipment independently 3D modeling,Get the same as the actual prototype of three-dimensional model,the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out on the key parts by use of ANSYS software,using the data obtained from the simulation after the original parts for structure optimization,get the best press device,and the press device structures,test bench,the relevant data for the follow-up of baling straw research provides experimental apparatus,specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:1)Use Solid Works 2016 to model the key structure of the baling machine,obtain the 3D model of each part,and assemble it,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research on the baling device.2)Refer to relevant paper documents,identify the bundle theory of medium voltage bundle of the influence factors of the ministry of interior,analyzing the shortage of the existing briquetting part device,using the theory of reference to research on the new structural design,can automatically control the straw briquetting devices,on the basis of the new structure,equipped with pressure sensors to measure pressure under different density of straw bundle,The key parts of the new structure were analyzed by kinematics simulation using ANSYS Workbench software,and the relevant parameters of the structure were obtained.Then,the original new structure was optimized to meet the design requirements.3)Design and build the test bench of the new compression device,which includes the mechanical part and the test part.Through the test on the test bench,the relationship between the baling force and the density of the baling straw is obtained,and the compression theory is used for comparison to ensure the accuracy of the data;Through the experimental parameters of the baling machine,it is found that there is a linear relationship between the baling force and the density,which provides a new structural design idea for the future research on the real-time detection and automatic control of the straw density of the square baling machine. |
