| This test plan compared five different varieties of cherry radish,do the contrast test of quality,using the method of potted,determine the varieties of cherry radish physiological and biochemical indexes,compared to draw more suitable cultivated radish varieties,after selected superior varieties,on the screening of soilless culture substrates and the most suitable organic fertilizer kinds of filter.The test results show that:Cultivation in five varieties of cherry radish contrast experiment,Rosa cherry radish in growth,the optimal quality of performance,and other varieties of radish that there was a significant difference between the chlorophyll,soluble solids,protein content,moisture content and so on various aspects physiological and biochemical indexes of each test contrast,show that Rosa cherry radish quality optimal,provides a theoretical basis for practical largescale planting.In experiment 1,select high-quality varieties Rosa after cherry radish,determine the cruciferous general soilless culture matrix formula,this chicken manure,sheep manure,oil cake fertilizer,organic fertilizer effect of earthworm manure contrast test of soil,for control group,by cultivating experiment of growth and physiological and biochemical index test statistics analysis,finally the comprehensive score of membership grade function is used,it is concluded that the chicken manure of nutrients necessary to the most suitable for cherry radish growth test results,in chicken manure and under the influence of other types of organic fertilizer,cherry radish in various physiological and biochemical indexes were significant differences.Cultivation matrix of screening tests for Rosa cherry radish,using general soilless cultivation organic fertilizer for the growth of crop growth period necessary nutrition elements,sand,vermiculite + perlite,peat comparison experiment of three kinds of soilless culture substrates with soil as the control group,observe and analyze the growth process,for the comprehensive analysis of the indicators,cultivation of vermiculite + perlite matrix combination is the most suitable cherry radish growth experiment conclusion.For small-scale market analysis,market recognition and promotion of organic vegetables planting analysis,it is concluded that the modern society,the attention to food health is far more than the economy,people are more willing to spend money on health,buy at ease,develop the organic ecotype soilless cultivation technology complied with the development of modern agricultural science and technology,has great market potential. |
