Effects Of Humulus Enzyme Root Application And Foliar Spraying On The Growth And Quality Of Hydroponic Lettuce

With the improvement of people’s living standards and the enhancement of health awareness,people’s demand for high-quality vegetables is increasing,and it is of great significance to study the technology of improving vegetable quality and increasing production.The use of organic fermented products instead of chemical fertilizers to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and improve the yield and quality of vegetables has received increasing attention.Plant enzymes are proven to be rich in a variety of amino acids,minerals and natural plant growth hormones,and have good effects in promoting crop growth,increasing production and improving quality.In this experiment,loose leaf lettuce was used as the test material,and the nutrient solution was used to study the effects of adding different proportions of humulus enzyme solution to the mineral nutrient solution and spraying the humulus enzyme solution on the growth and quality of lettuce,and using factors The analytical method made a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of different treatments of lettuce,in order to provide a reference for the application of Humulus humulus enzyme solution and the comprehensive evaluation of vegetable quality.The main research results are as follows:1.Adding an appropriate amount of humulus enzyme solution to the nutrient solution of hydroponic lettuce can promote the growth of lettuce and improve the quality of lettuce,and the concentration of 2.5ml/L is the most superior.Compared with the control,the stems of the lettuce are thick,Plant width,aboveground fresh weight,and aboveground dry weight increased by 29.68%,35%,5.75%,and 8.33%,respectively.Maximum root length,root volume,underground fresh weight,underground dry weight,and root vitality increased by 7.62%,45.91%,24.44%,24.51%,45.15%,its soluble sugar,soluble protein,Vc content and relative anthocyanin content were 15.52%,19.7%,12.55%,33.27%higher than the control respectively;2.Adding an appropriate amount of Humulus enzyme solution to the nutrient solution of hydroponic lettuce can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of lettuce.and the humulus humulus enzyme solution with a concentration of 2.5ml/L can significantly enhance the activity of lettuce antioxidant enzymes,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)activities were 82.36%,16.14%and 20.91%higher than the control respectively;3.An appropriate concentration of Humulus humulus enzyme solution is beneficial to the accumulation of mineral elements in lettuce.Humulus humulus enzyme solution with a concentration of 2.5ml/L has higher phosphorus,potassium,calcium,and magnesium content of lettuce by 5.12%,5.28%,12.46%and 20.25%,respectively than CK;4.An appropriate concentration of Humulus humulus enzyme solution can significantly improve the photosynthetic performance of lettuce.With the extension of the growth period of hydroponic lettuce after planting,the net photosynthetic rate of hydroponic lettuce at a concentration of 5ml/L of Humulus humulus enzyme solution has a tendency to decrease.The net photosynthetic rate was reduced by 40%compared to 15 days.5.Foliar spraying of Humulus humulus enzyme diluted 300 times can significantly increase the yield of lettuce and improve the quality of lettuce.The fresh weight,soluble sugar content,Vc content,and anthocyanin content of the above-ground part are increased by 6.01%,66.53%,44.19%and 27.41%,respectively compared with CK.nitrate nitrogen is 43.84%lower than the control.6.Through factor analysis,comprehensive score ranking and cluster analysis,it is concluded that when the concentration of Humulus humulus enzyme solution is 2.5ml/L,the overall effect of lettuce cultivation is the best;factor analysis and cluster analysis can be used to determine the quality of lettuce.
