With the development of science and technology,the development of forestry also put forward higher requirements.In terms of deforestation,there has been a shift from large-scale,all-around deforestation to targeted thinning.Affected by the above factors,the use environment of large lumber transportation equipment is becoming less and less,while small lumber transportation equipment begins to enter the public’s vision.But at present,the development of small lumber transportation equipment in the market is not optimistic,and the problems such as less types,harsh application environment and single function are very common.Therefore,this paper aims to develop and design a small volume,light weight,easy to operate and can be used for workers to move the single track thinning timber transport vehicle.The single-track thinning timber transport vehicle designed in this paper can not only realize the function of wood gathering among forests,but also serve as a tool for workers to travel.Using single track structure as a walking mechanism,and according to the above characteristics,the overall structure layout is determined,and the corresponding design of special line mechanism,collection mechanism and sheet metal car body and other structures.The parameters of the important components such as power source and variable speed mechanism are designed,calculated and selected.The modeling of the whole vehicle is completed by SolidWorks 3D modeling software.For sheet metal quality of car body structure is too large,the processing time is too long,optimize the car body sheet metal cutting contour,will be equivalent to multiple cutting contour rectangle contour collection,through the ant colony algorithm to reasonable layout of rectangular profile,to maximize cutting contour area,so that the car body structure on the basis of guarantee the strength quality reaches the lightest.The cutting path is optimized by the adaptive large neighborhood search annealing algorithm to reduce the cutting time and improve the cutting efficiency,which can effectively reduce the consumption of sheet metal raw materials and improve the processing efficiency.Using ANSYS software,the finite element analysis of sheet metal car body of single track thinning timber transport vehicle is carried out,including statics analysis and modal analysis.Through static analysis,it is verified whether the stiffness and strength meet the working requirements to ensure the rationality of the structure design.Through modal analysis,the natural frequency is obtained to prevent the danger caused by resonance in the working process.The dynamic simulation of the steering process was carried out by using ADAMS software to simulate the motion state of the steering process and analyze the steering performance of the vehicle.The overall structure design of the single-track thinning timber transporter is completed,and the related maneuverability is analyzed and calculated,including the longitudinal stability,obstacle surmounting ability,steering ability and earthing specific pressure of the single-track thinning timber transporter.The testing machine was completed,and the longitudinal stability,obstacle surmounting ability,steering ability and lumber collecting transport ability of the single-track thinning timber transport vehicle were analyzed through confirmative tests to verify the correctness of the design calculation and theoretical analysis.
