| In the process of lotus growth,not only a large number of elements are needed,but also trace elements are indispensable.Trace elements not only affect the growth and development of lotus,but also change the flowering quality of lotus.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of scientific and technological level,plant production in China has made considerable progress.The research on the effects of nutrient elements on plant growth,development and quality has attracted more attention.A lot of research has been done on plant nutrient elements at home and abroad.However,there is still a lack of systematic research on Lotus nutrient elements,and more research has focused on a large number of nutrient elements.The effect of nutrients on the growth of lotus is almost blank on the application of trace elements in lotus.In addition,lotus likes fertilizer but is not resistant to fertilizer.It needs several times of small amount of fertilization to ensure that the lotus blossoms well.With the development of lotus industry,there is an urgent need for a convenient fertilizer.Slow-release fertilizer emerged as the times require.It is a kind of fertilizer encapsulating N,P and K by coating material.It releases slowly by sensing the temperature,so that the NPK encapsulated in it dissolves slowly.It only needs to be applied once to ensure long-term fertilizer efficiency and great convenience.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effects of micronutrients and slow-release fertilizers on lotus.In this study,two medium-sized lotus cultivars ’Carmine’and ’17-PB1-3’ were used as experimental materials,and three kinds of lotus cultivars were explored by applying trace element fertilizers such as zinc(Zn),manganese(Mn),boron(B)with different concentrations and special slow-release fertilizers for Aolufen No.1,Aolufen 318s and Rose Rose after fertilization.The application effects of trace element fertilizer and three kinds of slow-release fertilizer and the suitable application concentration were screened out to provide theoretical basis for scientific fertilization of lotus and improve the flowering quality of potted lotus.The main results are as follows:1.The effect of applying zinc fertilizer to lotus was not good.When the concentration of zinc fertilizer was 100 mg.L-1,it had no significant effect on all the indexes of lotus.When the concentration of zinc fertilizer was 200 and 300 mg.L-1,it significantly inhibited the petiole height,petiole height,soluble sugar and soluble protein content of lotus leaves,but had no significant effect on the number of standing leaves,leaf area flower diameter,flowering period,flowering number and chlorophyll content of lotus leaves.Sounds.When the concentration of Zn fertilizer was 200 and 300 mg/L-1,it also inhibited the photosynthesis of lotus,reduced the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and increased the concentration of intercellular CO2,which was not conducive to the growth and development of lotus.2.Manganese fertilizer has a good effect on lotus.When the concentration of manganese fertilizer is 400-1200 mg.L-1,it can significantly increase the petiole height,leaf area,number of vertical leaves and the size of flowering period of lotus.When the concentration of manganese fertilizer is 800 and 1200 mg.L-1,it can significantly increase the petiole height and leaf area of lotus.There was no significant effect on the content of vegetable.In addition,when the concentration of Mn fertilizer was 400-1200 mg.L-1,the photosynthesis of lotus was promoted.3.Lotus application of B fertilizer also had a good effect.When the concentration of B fertilizer was 150-450 mg.L-1,it could significantly increase the petiole height,petiole height and vertical leaf number of lotus,but had no significant effect on flowering number,flower diameter,flowering period,soluble sugar and soluble protein content of lotus leaves;when the concentration of B fertilizer was 450 mg.L-1,it could significantly increase the area of lotus leaves and chlorophyll content.In addition,when the concentration of B fertilizer was 150-450 mg/L-1,it could promote the photosynthesis of lotus.4.Lotus application of slow-release fertilizer Aolu Fertilizer No.1 had a general effect.When the application rate was 35-65 g,it could significantly increase the leaf height,number of vertical leaves,leaf area,flower diameter and soluble protein content of lotus,but had no significant effect on petiole height,flowering number,flowering period,soluble sugar and chlorophyll content.In addition,the application of Aolu Fertilizer No.1 could promote photosynthesis of lotus,but some watermelon leaves appeared in late growth stage.5.The effect of applying Olive Green Fertilizer 318s to lotus was the best.The application rate of Olive Green Fertilizer was 35-50 g,which could significantly promote the size of petiole height and leaf Bing height of lotus.The application rate of Olive Green Fertilizer was 20-65 g,which could significantly promote the number of flowers,flowering period,flower diameter,leaf area,soluble sugar,soluble protein content and chlorophyll content of lotus leaves,but had no significant effect on the number of standing leaves of lotus.In addition,after 318 seconds of applying Ordovician green manure to lotus,the leaves of lotus had strong color and strong growth,and the leaves promoted photosynthesis.6.The effect of Rose Rose Special Slow-release Fertilizer on lotus was very poor.When applied 20-65 g,it could significantly promote the height of lotus leaves,leaf area,flowering period,flower diameter and chlorophyll content,but also significantly inhibit the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in lotus leaves,but had no significant effect on the number of standing leaves of lotus.When applied 35-65 g,the number of flowering decreased in varying degrees.Moreover,photosynthesis was inhibited,and the leaves were seriously yellowing at the later stage of growth,and some of them were even albino. |
