| High-standard farmland construction is an important measure to implement the strategy of storing grain in the ground and storing grain in the technology.It is a key way to stabilize and improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity,ensure national food security and promote the high-quality development of modern agriculture.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the construction of high-standard farmland.As an important project for the sustainable development of agriculture in China,it can improve a series of problems such as scattered farmland,imperfect infrastructure and deterioration of farmland ecological environment.It is of great significance to the development of modern agriculture,improve agricultural production capacity,improve the ecological environment and ensure the effective supply of national food.Although significant achievements have been made in the construction of high-standard farmland in the Lixiahe region,with the development of regional large-scale planting and the improvement of mechanization level,the existing farmland water conservancy infrastructure does not match it,which cannot meet the needs of modern agricultural development.Some places have not fundamentally solved the problems of free landfill of ditches and wetlands,excessive hardening of ditches and roads,ignoring the protection of farmland ecological environment,agricultural non-point source pollution and ecosystem degradation.In this paper,Lixiahe area as the research object,to improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery farming as the goal of field size division,and to meet the agricultural drainage and environmental capacity of the regional appropriate water surface rate and other key issues,to explore the scientific planning method of high standard farmland in Lixiahe area.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the natural geography,water and soil resources environment and agricultural production characteristics of the Lixiahe area,the main problems existing in the construction of high standard farmland in the area and the key points of high standard farmland construction are analyzed.(2)With the goal of high efficiency of agricultural machinery tillage,the relationship between field size and agricultural machinery tillage efficiency is analyzed.Combined with different walking methods of different units in the field,the field size that meets the efficient work of large and medium-sized units is proposed.(3)Based on the concepts of river network and ditch pond for N removal rate,with the minimum total engineering cost as the goal,the water surface rate of regional ditch pond and the design flow of drainage pumping station as the decision variables,and the environmental water capacity,the drainage capacity of drainage pumping station under the design standard,and the N removal rate of river network and ditch pond as the constraint conditions,the appropriate water surface rate based on the water environmental capacity of drainage river is constructed.(4)Taking a high standard farmland project in Gaoyou Irrigation District of Jiangsu Province as an example,the application research was carried out.Considering the factors such as meeting the requirements of farmland irrigation and drainage and improving the efficiency of mechanical tillage,the field size of the project area was determined.The regional suitable water surface rate to meet the drainage and water environmental capacity is proposed.Based on the suitable water surface rate,the river network and ditch pond system are planned and arranged,and the field-furrow-pond cooperative control system is constructed. |
