Fusarium head blight(FHB)caused by Fusarium graminearum is a destructive disease to wheat.Wheat grains infected by pathogens can produce toxins harmful to human beings and animals.In its epidemic year,wheat yield and grain quality will be greatly reduced,and food security will be seriously threatened.Due to lack of immune germplasm,Problem of wheat FHB has not been completely solved up to now.It is a great challenge for producers to avoid the economic losses.Therefore,in the control of wheat FHB,breeding resistant varieties is the preferred strategy of economic and environmental friendliness in wheat production.With the continuous development of molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS)technology,it provides a powerful tool for transferring the disease-resistant genes to varieties with excellent comprehensive characteristics and breeding new wheat varieties.In the preliminary study of our laboratory,near-isogenic line carried FHB resistant genes Fhb1,Fhb2,Fhb4 and Fhb5 in PH691 background were bred.In this study,PH691 was used as donor parent,Bainong418,Zhoumai36,Shannong2015 Da-9,Shannong25 and Shannong29 were used as recurrent parents.They are the extension varieties in Henan and Shandong provinces.Through molecular marker-assisted selection,the resistance genes were transferred to these materials.Finally,13 plants carrying different FHB resistance genes were obtained.The two plants selected under the background of Zhoumai36 were pyramided Fhb2+Fhb4+Fhb5 and Fhb1+Fhb2+Fhb4+Fhb5.In the background of Shannong2015 Da-9,we obtained a plant pyramid Fhb1+Fhb2+Fhb4.Four plants were selected in the background of Shannong29,Fhb1+Fhb4+Fhb5,Fhb1+Fhb2+Fhb4+Fhb5,Fhb1+Fhb4+Fhb5 and Fhb1+Fhb2+Fhb4 were pyramided respectively.A plant pyramided Fhb1+Fhb2+Fhb4 in the background of Shannong25.In the background of Bainong418,five selected materials were obtained,Fhb1+Fhb4+Fhb5,Fhb1+Fhb4,Fhb1+Fhb2 were pyramided respectively,two materials carrying Fhb1 and Fhb4 leave each other.The resistance evaluation results showed that compared with recurrent parent,the lines which carrying Fhb4 and Fhb5 were reduced the percentage of infected spikes(PIS)by 16.2%-34.3%;The lines carried Fhb1 and Fhb2 reducing the number of diseased spikelet(NDS)by 82.4%-83.2%,and the length of disease rachides(LDR)reduced 80.2%-95.6%.These germplasms will be used as intermediate materials for breeding FHB resistant varieties.
