Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Drinking Water Safety Management Of Resident In Chongqing Nanchuan

Easy access to healthy and safe potable water is a basic demand for human subsistence and development.Water quality in rural areas is highly relevant to the local resident safety and healthy life.As water security bears great significance in rural economy,water safety is a perquisite for ensuring prosperity and stability in rural area and the job is associated with the wellbeing of rural residents.To improve the water-drinking system,ensure the access to healthy water for all,promote stable development and harmonious atmosphere in rural areas,we will put relevant regulations on water management into full effect,work to ensure the sound development of the water project and build a sustainable and effective water drinking safety management system in rural areas,which calls for immediate actions.This study reviewed the theories and applications in current researches,and through field visits,investigation and comprehensive analysis,mainly from the perspective of rural water supply and the implementation of drinking water projects,summarized the current situation of resident’s drinking water safety management in the rural areas in Nanchuan District of Chongqing.Secondly,this work revealed the problems existing in the safety management of drinking water and analyzed the causes of these problems.Then based on the experience of rural human drinking water safety management in other parts of the country,and combined with the actual situation in Nanchuan District,the countermeasures to promote the drinking water safety management were proposed and discussed.It is concluded that the government must play a leading role in the drinking water management,which include in strengthening water source protection and pollution prevention,further constructing the management of drinking water projects,improving the transportation supervision system and water quality monitoring system,enhancing the farmers’ level of understanding in water safety,establishing the drinking water safety guarantee system,and improving the rural resident’ s drinking water safety index and living conditions in Nanchuan District.This study is of great significance in safeguarding the physical and mental health of residents in Nanchuan,promoting the equalization of urban and rural water conservancy services in Chongqing,building a well-off society in an all-round way,and maintaining stable social development.
