| The state has been focusing on agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In order to effectively solve the problems,the rural revitalization strategy was put forward in the report to the 19 th CPC national congress in 2017.It will focus on cultivating a work force that understands agriculture,loves the countryside and loves farmers.With the strong support of the state,the conversion rate of agricultural science and technology has been gradually improved,but the level of agricultural science and technology in China is still low.Agricultural professional teachers are the core force of cultivating agricultural science and technology personnel and serving rural revitalization.To do a good job in the training of agricultural professional teachers and to train a high-quality agricultural teachers are the prerequisite for improving the training quality of agricultural personnel in secondary vocational schools.It is an important guarantee for realizing the strategy of rural revitalization and implementing agricultural modernization policies as well.The study of supplies and needs is the first step to implement the training of agricultural teachers.And it is the first job to understand the training needs and supplies of agricultural professional teachers.The study focuses on the training needs of agricultural professional teachers in secondary vocational schools.Its purpose is to understand the current situation and analyze the real demands of agricultural professional teachers.The study is conducted from the aspects of training contents,training methods,training teachers,training time,training places and training assessment.According to the actual working situation,some feasible suggestions are put forward to optimize the training needs and improve the effectiveness of training.Based on the questionnaire,the survey was conducted on agricultural teachers in six agriculture-related schools.It used questionnaire survey,interview survey and other methods to comprehend the training needs.The survey results show that the agricultural professional teachers have a high demand for training contents,especially in teaching skills and professional knowledge.Agricultural professional teachers tendto choose professional and technical personnel of enterprises for training.The training place and training time should be chosen flexibly according to the specific training content,and it should be close to the actual agricultural production.This study proposes improvement measures from the following aspects.The training organization should make clear the training objective and arrange the training content reasonably.At the same time,it should change training method and arouse participating teacher’s interests.The training teacher is very important in the training activity.In order to improve the training quality,the training organization optimize best training teachers,and arrange flexible schedule to increase teacher training opportunities.The training organization must strengthen the evaluation of training and stimulate the motivation of teachers to participate in training.Follow up the instruction and implement the practical application after training are the best way to improve the training effects.At the same time,the school leaders should focus on the rural revitalization and increase opportunities to serve society. |
