| In this study,fruiting Cerasus humilis group in hongshigou base,shahe city,xingtai city,were used as the experimental material.The phenological period,growth habit and fruiting characteristics of each line in oleracea population w ere investigated,and the fruit economic traits of each line were also investiga ted.According to the breeding(selection)target and production requirements,14 optimal lines with good comprehensive traits were selected by the five ma in economic indexes of soluble solid content,solid-acid ratio,acidity,single f ruit weight and hardness.14 selected at the same time,the optimal system an d contrasting ’yanshan 1’ studied the cold resistance varieties,with optimal sy stem and check varieties of 1 year student branch as materials,the artificial s imulation of low temperature(﹣10℃,﹣20℃,﹣30℃)to low temperature treat ment,the relative conductivity of branches was measured,soluble protein cont ent,soluble sugar content,proline content,SOD activity,POD activity and m alondialdehyde content and other physiological indicators,combined with the method of subordinate function of 14 optimal system were used to evaluate c old hardiness.The test results are as follows:1.Fruit weight,color,content of soluble solids,flesh color,acidity,hardness,adhesion,ripeness and the presence or absence of the top of the fruit were m easured.According to the economic character and market demand,the basis of primary selection and comprehensive selection was determined.The primary s election was conducted in the order of soluble solid content,total acid,solid a cid ratio,single fruit weight and hardness.Comprehensive screening was to m ultiply the weight of soluble solids,total acid,solid acid ratio,single fruit wei ght and hardness with the corresponding weight,and finally add up to obtain t he total score,ranking above 80 points(top 15%)of all screened lines as the optimal line after screening.selected the 14 best lines HYF8、HYU5、HYG29、HYH17、HYG27、HYM20、HYE8、HYA10、HYF16、HYE5、HYM18、HYP16、HYQ4、HYG16 were selected.2.Membership function method: the degree of cold resistance was determi ned by the method of membership function.The degree of cold resistance can not be determined by the level of a single physiological index.HYM18>HYG29>HYP16>HYF16>HYG27>HYH17>HYU5>HYG16>HYM20>HYE8>HYA10>H YE5>HYQ4>HYF8.Thus,it could be seen that HYM18 had the strongest cold resistance,while HYF8 had the weakest cold resistance.HYM18 was suitable for cultivation in cold areas.The results of this experiment are of guiding signi ficance to the selection method and the evaluation of cold resistance resources of Cerasus humilis. |
