| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the process of urbanization has been accelerated,the speed of urban development and construction has been accelerating,the construction scale has been increasing,and the urban living population has increased significantly.Large-scale urban infrastructure construction activities disturb and destroy urban soil and water resources,leading to serious urban soil erosion and water loss problems.The increasing demand for housing of the greatly increased urban population leads to the continuous heating up of urban real estate market,and the sharp increase of real estate construction projects.A large number of real estate construction projects are constructed in urban areas and surrounding areas,and the real estate construction gradually becomes the main urban development and construction activities.The process of real estate construction inevitably tied up,disturbed and destructed city original landform,soil and vegetation,changed the natural balance of water and soil resources in project construction area and surrounding area,leaded to produce large amounts of soil erosion and water loss.It not only endangered the construction safety of the project itself,but also caused great harm and destruction to the surrounding municipal infrastructure,residents living environment,urban flood control safety and urban ecological landscape.Soil erosion and water loss for real estate construction projects has gradually become the focus of urban soil erosion and water loss conservation.In view of the urban real estate construction projects,this paper analyzed and summarized the characteristics of soil erosion and water loss of real estate construction projects on the basis of introduction and analysis for real estate construction projects characteristics and environmental conditions,which including the influencing factors and links,time and space distribution,harm,and major area and time for soil erosion and water loss,etc.By investigating and surveying the actual situation of real estate construction projects and combining with the characteristics of project construction,environmental conditions and characteristics of soil erosion,zoned for soil erosion control in the range of responsibility for soil and water conservation according to the concept of staging and zoning control.According to the zoning results of soil erosion area and the defining results of soil erosion control measures,arranged the control measures in different zones,constructed the soil and water loss prevention and control measures system for real estate construction projects,and gave the layout and block diagram of prevention and control measures which is composed of engineering measures,plant measures,temporary protective measures and management measures.Presented the typical design of temporary protective measures,surface soil conservation measures,land improvement measures and precipitation storage and infiltration measures,discussed the design concept,theory and technology,and gave the typical design drawing of the measures.Taking the construction project of xiaowen Lane residential block in Ningbo city as an example,this paper introduced the general situation of the project,and based on soil and water conservation evaluation and soil and water loss analysis and prediction,the design of the project is carried out.Through the analysis,design of soil and water conservation measures after implementation,project management area of 0.8908hm~2,soil and water loss area will reach0.2675hm~2forest and grass,can reduce water loss and soil erosion flow 273.31t,six measures of prevention and control,in addition to the project does not involve the use of surface soil of protection,prevention and control of the rest of the various indicators,100%degree of soil erosion control,soil erosion control ratio of 1.7,protective rate was 99%,and the residue in vegetation recovery rate was 100%,and the forest coverage rate was 30.03%,and the control indexes have reached the level of standard target requirement,project The design of soil and water conservation has achieved good results in soil erosion control.This study aims to provide reference and guidance for the prevention and control of soil erosion and water loss in urban real estate construction projects,and plays an important practical role and significance in improving the living environment of urban residents,guaranteeing the safety of urban ecology and flood control,and ecological construction of urban soil and water conservation. |
