Tomato is an important part of China’s vegetable industry.Guangxi is one of the main concentrated production areas for tomatoes.In recent years,a variety of tomato diseases have broken out in Guangxi,with yellow leaf curl virus disease and late blight being the most common and severe,causing huge economic losses to tomato production.Nowadays,consumers have higher requirements for the sensory quality,nutritional quality and commodity quality of tomatoes.In this study,molecular marker technology and field disease survey were used to identify and screen disease resistance of 14 cherry tomato combinations.According to the data of agronomic trait investigation and physical and chemical properties determination of cherry tomato combination,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function analysis and comprehensive evaluation,as well as correlation research on shelf life,to screen out the comprehensive quality an excellent cherry tomato combination.The main findings are as follows:1.Through the molecular marker identification and screening of the resistance of 11 disease genes of 14 cherry tomato combinations,a total of 13 cherry tomato combinations contain a variety of disease resistance gene molecular markers,and the combination XF5 contains 8 types;XF1,YH14,YF16 and YY1 contains 7 species;XF4,XF9 and YF15 contain 6 species;XF6,XF7 and XF8 contain 5 species;XF3 and XF10 contain 4 species.Among them,XF5,XF6 and XF7 three cherry tomato combinations have higher comprehensive value,XF5 has the most disease resistance gene molecular markers,XF6 and XF7 contain Ph-3,Ty-1,Ty-2 and Ty-3 hybrids Molecular markers of disease resistance genes.Aiming at the prevention and treatment of the serious yellow leaf curl virus disease and late blight in Guangxi,it has practical value.2.The shelf life of 14 cherry tomato combinations was between 12 and22 days.Correlation analysis showed that the shelf life was significantly correlated with pulp area,fruit hardness,titratable acid content and ventricular weight.The coefficients of variation of 11 agronomic trait indexes ranged from10.87% to 54.64%.The maximum variation coefficient of soluble sugar content is 54.64%,and the degree of dispersion is also the largest.The top five cherry tomato combinations with outstanding comprehensive traits were selected by principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation of membership functions,and they were selected as XF1,XF8,XF10,XF4,and XF7.3.The coefficients of variation of 9 agronomic traits of 5 cherry tomatocombinations are between 9.56% and 26.12%.The coefficients of variation of single fruit weight and titratable acid content are larger,being 26.12% and26.10%.In the correlation analysis,the positive correlation index of titratable acid content and fruit firmness reached 0.999,indicating that the genetic correlation between these two traits is greater.Principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation of membership functions were used to rank,and the top three cherry tomato combinations with outstanding comprehensive traits were selected,in order of WT23,WT22,and WT21.Among them,WT23 has the best performance,and it can be further tested in regions,disease resistance and multi-point production tests in order to pass the screening and become an excellent variety.
