Experimental Study On Treatment Of Patellar Dislocation With Trochlear Groove Replacement In Dogs

Patellar dislocation in dogs is one of the common orthopedic diseases,clinical patella dislocation has internal dislocation,external dislocation,upper dislocation,lower dislocation,among which internal and external dislocation is common,this disease is more common in dogs,rarely with cats,and in dogs to small dogs frequently,occasionally in large dogs.Mild dislocation can reduce the patella to the trochke.In severe cases,permanent dislocation can be caused,resulting in cartilage wear,pain,paralysis and so on in the chute of the hind limb.To explore canine Patellar dislocation in the clinical treatment,the experimental study adopts Patellar pulley Groove Replacement(Patellar Groove Replacement,PGR)to treat Patellar dislocation,and the test cases dog body signs of preoperative assessment,discusses the bones arrangement situation,using the Replacement prosthesis to correct mechanics,Replacement surgery after the change of the situation and after healing,and adopts the PGR operation for the treatment of canine Patellar dislocation,research methods and main technical points for the clinical treatment of canine Patellar dislocation corresponding to provide the reference.In the PGR animal model simulation test,the dog hind limb knee model made of PU material and similar to the dog bone hardness was used to prepare orthopedic instruments,conventional surgical instruments and implant prosthesis required for replacement before surgery.The joint cavity was opened to expose the pulley groove,part of the pulley groove needed to be removed was marked first,and then removed,and the implant of appropriate size was selected.Finally,the joint cavity was fixed and closed,and the flexion and extension of the knee joint was checked for the completion of the replacement of the prosthesis.The results showed that the size of the implant was suitable,the flexion and extension of the knee joint was friction-free and the knee joint was stuck.To PGR of clinical cases,on the whole,in accordance with the general physical examination,preoperative blood routine examination,preoperative and biochemical examination,preoperative X-ray examination,clinical diagnosis,PGR,postoperative care,the more complete later,individualized treatment according to different cases,by check,PGR clinical cases,recovery of patellar dislocation movement is normal.
