In recent years,with the emphasis on agricultural planting in our country,a variety of greenhouse environmental monitoring system solutions have been emerged,but their control methods are mostly base on local control method.The local control method has many problems such as cannot load complicated algorithm and cannot replace program flexibly.At the same time,it usually adopts conventional control methods such as threshold control and PID control as local control schemes,which cannot meet the requirements of multivariable,zone control and other requested characteristics.Taking into account the problems in the above systems,this paper proposes a greenhouse environmental monitoring system based on cloud control,and a more suitable control method for the greenhouse environment is reseached and realized.First of all,this paper analyzes the current existing greenhouse environmental monitoring system.According to the problems of local control system,this paper describes the functional requirements of the new system,the system framework including cloud server,on-site end and web-front end based on HTTP communication and MVC functional interface is designed,at the same time,the functions and processes should be done at each end are established.Then,this paper introduces the concrete realization of the entire system.The first is the on-site equipment end.Since the on-side equipment can accomplish independent and decentralized collection and control,each equipment should have the upload functionality,the specific way is that connecting each equipment to the router through the WIFI wireless network,and the equipment interacts with cloud server through the router;followed by the server side,which includes three parts,namely,database,management software and algorithm libraries,and the server side is mainly used to calculate and record the environmental parameters returned by the on-site end,so that the web-side can view those historical data.In the end,a feasible control effect is achieved by putting the system into operation in the actual greenhouse environment.Finally,aiming at the characteristics of environmental parameters which changes slowly,this paper proposes a zone control method based on dynamic matrix control.By introducing constraint variables into the control algorithm,this algorithm can achieve the unilateral adjustable zone control.On this basis,the real-time network simulation platform based on cloud computing is built.The platform forms a real-time closed-loop network-based control system by putting the control algorithm into the cloud server and the greenhouse environment model into the simulation machine.The simulation results show that the proposed method of zone control is feasible and effective.
