A Study On Cultivation Strategy Of Agricultural Entrepreneurial Talents In Colleges And Universities In The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the development of China’s agricultural economy and society,the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" have become increasingly prominent and hindered the construction of rural revitalization.It is an important focal point for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy to accelerate the training and training of a large number of agricultural entrepreneurial talents meeting the requirements of The Times and playing a leading and driving role.It is an important task for agriculture-related institutions of higher learning to train high-quality agricultural entrepreneurial talents for rural revitalization development,so agriculture-related institutions of higher learning have a great responsibility for rural revitalization.Clear agricultural colleges and universities under the new situation for entrepreneurial talent training in the process of problem,to rural revitalization of the agricultural class talented person’s demand present situation and the realistic background of the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in anhui province,on the basis of reference valuable relevant research literature at home and abroad,from the perspective of agricultural colleges and universities entrepreneurship education factors that influence the students of agricultural entrepreneurial intention in agricultural colleges and universities entrepreneurial talent cultivation strategy,aims to help students of colleges and universities to drive more agricultural to rural entrepreneurship,promote rural implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating.Taking the agriculture-related colleges and universities in Anhui province as an example,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the entrepreneurial intention of 923 agricultural college students,conducted an empirical test on the research hypothesis with the linear regression analysis method,and analyzed the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of agricultural college students.Results showed that the factors about themselves,preparation for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education and some factors of several dimensions of entrepreneurship environment has a great influence on the entrepreneurial intention,to analyze the causes of these factors,mainly classified as the following:such as the lack of a correct concept of employment,college students entrepreneurial talent training target is not clear,university entrepreneurial talent training mechanism is not perfect,imperfect entrepreneurship teachers in colleges and universities,colleges and universities need to strengthen the entrepreneurial environment.Finally,the existing higher education system in our country,put forward to give full play to the functions of the government,employment idea education in colleges and universities,colleges and universities scientific positioning entrepreneurial talents training target,optimize entrepreneurial talent training mechanism in colleges and universities,colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of entrepreneurial faculty,college and create a good environment for education of several Suggestions,make agricultural college students more interested in agricultural business,know about agricultural business is more and more have the ability to entrepreneurship,thereby to rural revitalization of a large number of high-quality agricultural class and push the power of the rural revitalization,let them become students of colleges and universities to do a good job in agricultural support entrepreneurial talent training work.
