| This article explores the effects of different doses of allicin on physiological and biochemical and immune parameters before and after exercise in Yili horses.16 Yili horses were fed for 30 days with four doses of allicin 0 mg/kg、100 mg/kg、300 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg after the test match.Based on 0 days of supplementation, samples are then taken every 10 days and there are a total of four times before and after. The time period of each sampling is the pre-match,post-match immediately,30 min after the game, and 24 hours after the game.Venous blood samples were collected to determine relevant indicators, and the results were analyzed by analysis of variance. In the resting state of horses, grouped by supplemental doses,Ig M concentrations were extremely significantly higher in the 500 mg/kg dose group and 300 mg/kg dose group than in the 0 mg/kg dose group(P<0.01),complement C3 was extremely significantly higher on the30th day than on the 10th day(P<0.01),the concentration of complement C4 was significantly higher in the300 mg/kg dose group than in the control group(P<0.05).Immediately after exercise, grouped by feeding time,LAC was significantly lower than before supplementary feeding after feeding 10 days,(P<0.05),K+was significantly lower than the baseline(P<0.05)after 20 days of supplementation,Ca2+was significantly lower than the baseline value(P<0.05)after 30 days of supplementation;Grouped by supplemental dose, supplemented with 500 mg/kg dose,LDH was extremely significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01)and CK-MB was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The C4 was extremely significantly higher in the 300 mg/kg supplemented group than in the 100 mg/kg dose group(P<0.01).In the 500 mg/kg supplemented group,Ig M was extremely significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).30 minutes after exercise,CK activity was significantly lower in the 500 mg/kg dose group than in the control group(P<0.05),the activity of CK-MB was significantly lower in the 300 mg/kg dose group than in the control group(P<0.05)and was extremely significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01)when the 500 mg/kg dose group was added.24 hours after exercise, grouped by different feeding times, the 30th day of LAC was extremely significantly lower than the 0th day(P<0.01);After supplementation, the concentration of immunoglobulin M was extremely significantly higher in the 300mg/kg and 500 mg/kg dose group than in the control group(P<0.01);The level of complement C4 was extremely significantly higher in the 300 mg/kg supplement group than in the 100 mg/kg dose group(P<0.01).From the above results,it was concluded that the amount of allicin supplemented for exercise horses was controlled between 300 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg,which has a significant effect on the body’s anti-fatigue effect and can effectively improve the body’s immunity; The results of this experiment provide corresponding theoretical guidance for the healthy breeding of sport Yili horses. |
