Phosphorus is an essential element for plant growth and development, and plays an important role in energy transformation, information transmission, enzymatic reaction and cell structure composition.Wheat is an important food crop, the high yield and stable yield of wheat is very important to the national food production safety.Soil available phosphorus deficiency is the limiting factor of high yield and stable yield of wheat. It is of great significance to study the genetic mechanism of low phosphorus tolerance in wheat for breeding low phosphorus tolerance wheat varieties.A control group and a low-phosphorus stress group were used to culture the test materials in the control group and the low-phosphorus stress group.Principal component analysis, membership function and cluster analysis were used to evaluate and classify wheat genotypes.11896 single nucleotide polymorphism(SNPs)markers distributed in wheat genome were analyzed by 35 k microarray and mlm(Q+K)model was used to analyze the correlation of low phosphorus tolerance(LNP)related traits in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.).Through comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis, the tested population was divided into four subsets,I: low phosphorus sensitive type,II: moderately sensitive type,III: moderate low phosphorus tolerant type and IV: strong low phosphorus tolerant type.On this basis,The results of association analysis between low phosphorus tolerance and SNP markers showed that 91 SNP loci were significantly associated with low phosphorus tolerance(P < 0.001).They are distributed on chromosomes except 3A and 3D,and a single snp locus can explain 5.826%-9.552%phenotypic variation.Among these significant loci,7 snp loci were associated with two different low phosphorus tolerance loci at the same time.91 SNP loci wereexcavated and 11 candidate genes were found to be related to low phosphorus tolerance in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.).Traes CS6A02G001000 and Traes CS6A02G001100 play an important role in the synthesis of zinc finger.Traes CS6D02G235700 encodes a transcript.Gene Traes CS2D02G165200,Traes CS6B02G12870,Traes CS2D02G60020 and Traes-CS6A02G11810 induced by low phosphorusstress. The Traes CS5D02G536400,Tr-aes CS1B02G154200 and Traes CS5D02G536500 are related to the family of lowphosphorus stress-related enzymes.Traes CS1D02G231200 may play a role in plant common stress related proteins.A total of 91 SNP loci associated with low phosphorus tolerance and 11 candidate genes were screened.
