| In order to study the effect of different mixture proportion of oat and common vetch on forage yield and soil nutrients,the best mixture proportion suitable for local planting w as selected.This study with oat and common vetch as experiment material,set up different mixing ratio treatment and the single sowing contrast of different mixing planting.That is C1(oat:common vetch1:0),C2(oat:common vetch1:1),C3.(oat:common vetch1:3),C4(oat:common vetch3:1),C5(oat:common vetch 0:1).The mixture proportion was calculated by number of seeds,and the oat and common vetch single sowing according to the mixed seeding.The oat single sowing treatments:A1(150 grain/m~2),A2(300 grain/m~2),A3(450 grain/m~2)and the common vetch single sowingtreatments:B1(150 grain/m~2),B2(300 grain/m~2),B3(450 grain/m~2).By the method of random block design,the effect of the mixture of oat and common vetch on forage yield and rhizosphere soil nutrients was determined and analyze the competition relationship between species after mixed sowing.Through the grey correlation analysis method on the grass biomass and soil nutrient has carried on the comprehensive evaluation.In order to provide basis for the research of Gramineae and legume.This study found that:1.Under the different ratio mixture proportion of oat and common vetch,plant height in each period were higher than the single sowing grass.The highest plant height of oat was found in C3(oat:common vetch1:1,300 grain/m~2+300 grain/m~2).2.The tiller number of C2(oat:common vetch3:1,450 grain/m~2+150 grain/m~2)was the largest,but there was no significant difference with C1(grain:bean 1:0),but it was significantly smaller than that of A3(450 grains/m~2)under the same seeding rate.3.In mixed sowing,the order of stem leaf ratio of oat was C1>C2>C4>C3,stem leaf ratio of common vetch was C2>C3>C4>C5.In C3(oat:common vetch1:1,300 grain/m~2+300grain/m~2)treatment,the stem leaf ratio of oat was the lowest.4.The total yield of C2(oat:common vetch3:1,450 grain/m~2+150 grain/m~2)was the highest,reaching 7.68 t/hm~2,24.15%higher than that of C1,among which oat yield was 6.62t/hm~2,common vetch yield was 1.06 t/hm~2,oat yield in C2 was 6.9%higher than that of C1(oat:common vetch1:0,600 grains/m~2),and 2.2%higher than that of A3(450 grains/m~2).But the yield of common vetch of C2 was lower than C5(oat:common vetch0:1)and the yield of common vetch of B1(150 grains/m~2)under the same sowing rate.5.Under the mixed sowing process,the competition for resources between oat and common vetch increased.RD_a,RD_b and RYT values are significantly higher than 1 in each period,Compared with single sowing,it can effectively promote the growth of forage.The appropriate proportion of mixed sowing can improve the grass production,and it is superior to single sowing in stem leaf ratio and plant height.6.Compared with the single sowing oat,the intraspecific competition of oat was lower and the interspecific competition was stronger.However,the competitive pressure of oat in all mixed sowing is still mainly due to intraspecific competition,which has an advantage in the competition.The competitive ability of oat is greater than common vetch.7.The content of total nitrogen,organic matter and available phosphorus was the highest in C2 soil,which was significantly higher than that of monoculture and other mixtures.The content of available potassium was the highest in C3 soil,and the content of alkali hyd rolyzed nitrogen was the highest in C5 soil.The grey correlation degree on forage yield and soil nutrient analys is results show that the C2(oat:common vetch 3:1)is the best. |
