| At the present stage, transgenic crops are gradually commercialized and the planting area is expanding, which makes people pay more and more attention to the potential ecological risk of transgenic crops after the release of natural environment, and the research on ecological risk assessment of transgenic crops is increasing day by day.In the process of this assessment,in addition to the factors such as genetic drift between transgenic crops and wild relatives, the influence of transgenic crops on soil ecological environment, soil fauna community structure and diversity should be considered. With the deepening of research, the influence of transgenic crops on soil ecosystem has gradually become a hot topic. This study was conducted through field experiments, regard drought-tolerant cotton "013011",transgenic(Bt+Cp TI)cotton "SGK321",disease-resistant cotton "HN6",salt-tolerant cotton "013018" and their parental conventional cotton "TH2","Shiyuan 321" "Zhong 24",and "Qinben" as research project. The effects of transgenic cotton planting on soil feeding activity and soil small and medium arthropods were analyzed at seedling stage, budding stage, flowering and boll-setting stages and boll opening stage to evaluate the impact of transgenic cotton planting soil environment. It provide scientific basis for ecological environment safety assessment of transgenic cotton, and to provide theoretical basis for scientific planting of transgenic cotton varieties. The main results are as follows:(1)There were no significant differences in soil biological feeding activity between the four transgenic cotton varieties and their parents’ conventional cotton at the same growth stage(P>0.05).With the development of growth period, the biological feeding activity of four kinds of transgenic cotton and their respective conventional cotton soils was significantly different in individual growth period(P<0.05).(2)During the same growth period, there was no significant difference in the community composition of small and medium-sized arthropods between the four transgenic cotton varieties and their parents’ conventional cotton varieties. The community composition,quantity,Shannon-Wiener index and Margalef index of small and medium-sized arthropods of four transgenic cotton and their respective conventional cotton soils were significantly different in each growth period(P<0.05).Pielou index of small and medium soil arthropod community were significantly different in individual growth period between transgenic cotton 013011,shiyuan 321,TH2,zhong 24(P<0.05).(3)Through the correlation analysis of soil biological feeding activity and soil small and medium arthropod community characteristic parameters,it turns out,The diversity of soil animal community has no significant effect on the diversity and complexity of soil animal community. In general,in the case of long-term cultivation of transgenic cotton,it will not affect the soil biological feeding activity, but there are significant differences between different growth periods, and different types of cotton in different growth periods. The long-term planting of transgenic cotton has no effect on the structure, species composition and quantity of small and medium-sized arthropods in soil, which only leads to some changes in the abundance of individual groups.Compared with transgenic cotton planting, cotton growth period is the main factor affecting soil organisms. |
