Actinidia aruguta is widely distributed in China and has high value of exploitation and development,in recent years,the cultivated area of Actinidia aruguta has continuously increased,forming an emerging industry.However,the relatively small fruit is a disadvantage.With the development of the industry,product processing is essential.However,the large number of seeds in the fruit affects the quality of some processed products.In this experiment,we discussed the effects of plant growth regulators on the seedlessness and expansion of Actinidia aruguta,and provides a theoretical basis and technology for seedless and large fruit production of Actinidia aruguta.In order to explore the effect of plant growth regulators on the seedlessness and expansion of Actinidia aruguta,’Kuilu’ and ’Huanyou Nol’ were used as experimental materials,and different concentrations of NAA,2,4-D,TDZ、GA3 and CPPU were used to soak flowers or fruit,we studied the effects of different plant growth regulators on inducing parthenocarpy and promoting fruit expansion of Actinidia aruguta.The results showed that:(1)Parthenocarpy induction of Actinidia aruguta:NAA,2,4-D and GA3 could all induce parthenocarpy,but the best effect was obtained by treated with GA3 in flowering period.Among the treatments with different concentrations,8 mg·L-1 of 2,4-D and 400 mg·L-1 of GA3 were the best treatments,and the fruit setting rates reached 31.8%and 40.0%respectively,which were in line with the production requirements.Some seeds were produced when NAA and 2,4-D treatment induced parthenocarpy,while 200-800 mg·L-1 of GA3 treatment achieved 100%seedless,it indicated that some pollens of Actinidia aruguta were alive and active.The fruit with inducing parthenocarpy beconed smaller and shorter,and the contents of soluble solids and titratable acids decreased.(2)Seedlessness induction of Actinidia aruguta:under the condition of pollination and fertilization,we carried out the seedless experiment of GA3 treatment,the number of seeds in the fruit of the GA3 seedless treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.With the increase of the treatment concentration,the fruit shape index and single fruit quality decreased,the titratable acid content was significantly lower than that of the control group,but the content of soluble solids had no significant effect.It can reduce the seed quantity of the fruit by about 60%.(3)Effect of plant growth regulators on fruit expansion of Actinidia aruguta:CPPU significantly increased the single fruit quality of Actinidia aruguta,and the higher the concentration,the more obvious the expansion effect.However,GA3 treatment not only had no obvious effect on fruit expansion,but also had inhibitory effect on fruit expansion in high concentration.The effects of treatment with CPPU and GA3 on the shape and quality of the fruit varied between huan you 1 and kui green.Fruit treated with high concentration of CPPU had dominant transverse growth in the middle and later stages of fruit growth,and the fruit shape index was significantly reduced.(4)The effect of plant growth regulators on the storage of Actinidia aruguta:The weight of single fruit increased after CPPU and TDZ treatment,but the effect of CPPU was better.The storability of the CPPU treated fruit decreased,and the higher the concentration,the worse the storability.The cell wall components,including pectin,cellulose,and hemicellulose,were hydrolyzed rapidly during the storage of CPPU treated fruits.
