Research On The Evolution And Its Growth Effect Of Dairy Farming Production Layout In China

The dairy farming industry in China occupies the top position in the animal husbandry industry.And its development level represents the development level of animal husbandry.At present,the layout of dairy farming in China is relatively scattered.There are dairy farming in each province,but the number of dairy cows between provinces varies greatly.For example,the number of dairy cows in Inner Mongolia in 2017 was 2.358 million,while that in Hainan was only 11,000.Coupled with the differences in natural resources,feed resources and breeding technology between provinces,the development of dairy farming in each province is different.The mobility of resources and labor and the spillover of technology will inevitably lead to the evolution of the layout of dairy farming production in neighboring provinces.Therefore,this article studies the changes of dairy farming production layout in China from a time perspective.In addition,explore the evolution of China’s dairy farming production layout and its growth effect on the dairy farming industry from a spatial perspective.This has important practical significance for promoting the development of China’s dairy farming industry.It also has practical significance for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of China’s dairy farming industry from quantitative to quality.This article first analyzes the development status of China’s dairy farming industry.Combing the development process of China’s dairy farming industry.Then,the current status of dairy farming industry is analyzed from the aspects of dairy farming quantity and milk production.Finally,based on the PLI,the evolution process of China’s dairy farming production layout at the time level is analyzed.The results show the following: In terms of the number of dairy cows,the Northeast and Inner Mongolia production areas show a downward trend,the North China production area has a steady upward trend,the Western production area shows a slow upward trend,and the Southern production area and the surrounding areas of large cities show Downtrend.In addition,at the inter-provincial level,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang and Heilongjiang dominate the main dairy farming regions,but their advantages gradually weaken.However,dairy farming in emerging regions represented by Henan has developed rapidly.Secondly,based on the dairy farming production center of gravity model and spatial autocorrelation model,the spatial evolution process and characteristics of Chinese dairy farming production layout are analyzed.The results show the following: the center of gravity of dairy farming production shows an evolutionary trend of moving southeast and then southwest;in addition,the inter-provincial dairy cattle inventory has a global spatial positive correlation and the correlation is continuously increasing,and has been in Heilongjiang,Shanxi,Guizhou,Guangdong,Hainan,Yunnan,Guangxi,Henan,Shaanxi,Qinghai,Jilin,Liaoning and Henan showed local geographic agglomeration.Then,based on the SDM,the growth effect of China’s dairy farming production layout on the dairy farming industry is analyzed.The results show the following: First,the evolution of the dairy farming production layout has a promoting effect on the dairy farming industry.This promoting effect mainly comes from the indirect effects between provinces,which are not related to the direct effects.Second,the growth effect of dairy farming production layout on the growth of dairy farming industry is less than the investment in dairy farming machinery,which shows that the layout of dairy farming production has room to improve the growth of dairy farming industry.Thirdly,among the research element inputs,the dairy farming machinery investment has the greatest effect on the growth of the dairy farming industry,and its main role is the indirect effect between provinces.Finally,based on the analysis results of the growth effect of China’s dairy farming industry and the characteristics of the evolution of China’s dairy farming production layout,we propose countermeasures to promote the development of China’s dairy farming industry.The main purpose is to strengthen inter-provincial exchanges and cooperation,comprehensive utilization of resources,and increase the output value of dairy products.It is also conducive to the moderate scale development of China’s dairy farming industry.
