| Sabina vulgaris Ant.is a shrub that grows crawling and has an irreplaceable ornamental value in garden art.Which also own the characteristics of sand pressure resistance,soil fixation,wind erosion resistance,and improving soil properties.With strong adaptability,it is an excellent species in China of North and Northwest,and there is a lot of demands for Sabina vulgaris.In this paper,Sabina vulgaris seedlings were used as the research object.By pot planting,studying the effects of single factors fertilization and combined fertilization on the growth and physiological indicators of Sabina vulgaris seedlings under different water conditions.By analying the indicators,choosing the best methods for the water and fertilizer management.The results showed that:(1)The results of single factors fertilization under different water conditions showed that: with the increasing of N and P levels,all the growth indexes and some physiological indexes had a tendency toward rising.At the N3 level,plant height,crown width and activity of POD are the highest.At the P3 level,activity of SOD,content of proline,active absorbing area of roots,N content of leaves,P content of leaves,K content of leaves were the highest cell membrane permeability and the content of MDA were the lowest.Rich P fertilizer was more effective in increasing the resistance of Sabina vulgaris seedlings and relieving drought stress.To pay attention to the amount of K fertilizer,excessive K fertilizer could inhibit most of the indicators,only a small amount of K fertilizer could be used under severe water stress,and under mild water stress and full irrigation conditions,it could use a medium amount of K fertilizer.(2)The results of combined fertilization under different water conditions showed that: under the condition of drought stress,when the other two kinds of fertilizers were at a certain level,with the increasing level of N and P,the growth indexes and some physiological indexes showed an increasing trend.N3P2K2 treatment had a more significant effect on improving and physiological characteristics growth pattern including osmotic adjustment system,antioxidant system,root absorption capacity,leaf nutrient content,physiological characteristics,the treatment could be a management method under the drought stress for Sabina vulgaris seedlings.N2P2K2 treatment had the best effect on promoting morphological development and seedling quality of Sabina vulgaris seedlings under adequate irrigation conditions,it could be use for combined fertilization management plan for Sabina vulgaris seedlings under full irrigation conditions.(3)Comparing the results of combined fertilization and single factors fertilization treatment under different water conditions,it was found that the effect of the best combined fertilization treatment was better than that of single factor fertilization,so the best treatment was N3P2K2 under drought stress.N2P2K2 was the best treatment under full irrigation conditions.So recommended way for water and fertilizer interaction management methods are when under 20% and 60% of soil moisture,each plant should have N 0.32 g,P 0.43 g,K 0.19 g and the soil moisture is 100%,N 0.21 g,P 0.43 g,and K 0.19 g were applied per plant. |
