In this experiment,Lespedeza davurica cv.Jinnong 1 seeds were taken as the research object,the effects of different concentrations of naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)and fungicides on the germination and seedling growth of Lespedeza davurica were studied,and the best concentration ratio suitable for Lespedeza davurica seeds was selected.The best concentration ratio of Lihuzhi seeds.Select diatomaceous earth and bentonite as coating materials,add the most suitable concentration of naphthalene acetic acid and fungicide,add an appropriate amount of ammonium molybdate,use artificial methods to do pelletized seed coating,and combine indoor petri dish and greenhouses pot experiments,the effects of different concentrations of adhesive and water-retaining agent on the germination performance and agronomic traits of Lespedeza davurica seeds were studied,and the optimal concentration ratio of adhesive and water-retaining agent suitable for Lespedeza davurica seeds was picked out.Finally,the corn straw powder ground at different strengths was added to the previous coating material to increase the seed volume and thousand-grain weight,which is beneficial to mechanical seeding;combined with indoor petri dish and greenhouse pot experiments,comparative study different strengths ground grass powder’s influence on Lespedeza davurica germination performance and seedlings growth,and pick out the grass powder suitable for the coating material of Lespedeza davurica.Through this experiment to determine the composition and proportion of each coating material,a Lespedeza davurica coating formula suitable for grassland improvement was obtained,which provided a scientific theoretical reference for the future development of seed coating technology.The main results are as follows:1.Soaking the seeds of Lespedeza davurica with different concentrations of naphthalene acetic acid.The study found that naphthalene acetic acid within a certain concentration range can promote the growth and germination of Lespedeza davurica seeds,while the higher mass fraction of naphthalene acetic acid reduces seed vigor,has a certain inhibitory effect on it.The germination indexes of Lespedeza davurica treated with 5 mg / L naphthalene acetic acid were the highest,and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P <0.05).And the root length and seedling length of Lespedeza davurica seeds treated with this concentration were the longest,19.55 mm and 11.20 mm,respectively,which were improved by 37.7% and 18.6% compared with the control group,and the difference was obvious compared with the control group(P <0.05).The seed germination and seedling growth index of Lespedeza davurica showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of naphthalene acetic acid concentration,The optimum naphthalene acetic acid concentration was 5 mg / L.2.The seeds of Lespedeza davurica were treated with carbendazim,thiram and doxorubicin according to the ratio of 1:10,1:20,1:40 and 1:60.The results showed that the number of moldy and rotten seeds decreased after treatment.The germination indexes of Lespedeza davurica decreased with the increase of the concentration of carbendazim and doxorubicin,and the germination indexes were the highest when the ratio of drug to seeds was 1:60,and the effect of carbendazim was slightly higher than that of doxorubicin.The germination indexes of Lespedeza davurica increased first and then decreased with the increase of the ratio of thiram to seeds,and the germination indexes were the highest when the ratio of thiram to seeds was1:20,but the effect was lower than the other two.Considering synthetically,carbendazim was selected as fungicide,and the best ratio was 1:60.Compared with the control group,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index increased by 23.91%,20.47%,27.81% and 41.33%,respectively.3.The adhesive with the concentration of 2%,4%,6%,8% and the water retaining agent with the seeds mass fraction of 2%,5%,8% and 10% were coated with other coating materials.The laboratory petri dish experiment found that the germination index of each treatment group of 2%,4% and 6% adhesive was higher than that of the control group,and the treatment group of 4% adhesive had the best effect.The germination rate,germination index,and vitality index of the 8% adhesive treatment group with the addition of 10% water retention agent were lower than those of the control group,while the other treatment groups all improved to different degrees,but the difference was not obvious.The germination indexes of Lespedeza davurica increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration of water retaining agent,and the indexes were the highest when the seeds mass fraction of water holding agent was5%.4.Pot experiment in greenhouse found that the emergence time of each treatment group was delayed1-3 days compared with the control group,the emergence rate and seedling rate of each treatment group A1-A5、B1-B5、C1-C5 with 2%,4% and 6% adhesive were higher than the control group,the emergence rate was increased by 11.07%-24.12%,13.57%-32.17%,9.05%-23.13% respectively compared with the control group,and the seedling rate was increased by 14.98%-29.95%,18.19%-40.11%,12.31%-28.35% respectively compared with the control group.However,the emergence rate and seedling rate of each treatment group D1-D5 with 8% adhesive were lower than that of the control group,the emergence rate was 5.84%-37.24% lower than that of the control group,and the seedling rate was 1.63%-34.53%lower than that of the control group.After 12 weeks,the plant height,fresh weight of aboveground seedlings and fresh weight of underground roots of Lespedeza davurica increased in different degrees compared with the control group.Compared with the control group,the plant height increased by 2.36%-30.86%,the fresh weight of aboveground seedlings increased by 11.41%-60.21%,and the fresh weight of underground roots increased by 1.59%-30.95%.5.Experimental research of indoor petri dishes showed that the germination rate,root length and other indexes of the treated group with the corn straw powder ground at different strengths were no obviously different with those of the control group without the corn straw powder,but the germination index,vigor index and seedling length were significantly higher,and the effect of fine grass powder was the best.The thousand-grain weight of Lespedeza davurica seeds when the fine grass powder was added into the coating material was 2.3 times of that of the control group,the volume of seed ball increased,and the diameter of seed ball was close to 2 times of that of the control group,which is beneficial to mechanical seeding.Pot experiment showed that the emergence rate of the treated group with addition of the fine grass powder was slightly higher than that of the control group without addition of the fine grass powder,but the difference was not obvious.The content of soluble protein and soluble sugar of treated group with the addition of grass powder was significantly higher than those of the treated group without the addition of grass powder and the control group.The content of malondialdehyde of the treated group with and without the addition of grass powder was no obviously different,but significantly lower than that of the control group.
