| In recent years,with the increasing frequency of human social activities and the dramatic reduction of forest area caused by natural or man-made factors,the global warming problem has attracted unprecedented attention.The Chinese government has also introduced various policies to vigorously protect forest resources,promote land greening and improve forest quality in order to increase forest carbon sink.Forest carbon sequestration has been widely valued for its low cost,easy implementation and effective reduction of greenhouse gas concentrations.We study the economic value and impact factors of forest carbon sinks to better understand their implications and help governments and forestry organizations at all levels to implement scientific and rational management of forests.This study first combed the domestic and foreign research achievements on forest carbon sequestration,took the forest resources of guangdong province as its research objective,and then calculated the carbon sequestration amount of forest resources of guangdong province with the method of accumulation expansion after data collection.Then the carbon tax law and afforestation cost method are used to evaluate the economic value of the carbon sink of forest resources in guangdong province.Finally,the grey relational degree analysis method is used to analyze the influencing factors of the forest carbon sink economy in guangdong province.This paper consists of seven parts: the first chapter is the preface.This part mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance.Then the development of forest carbon sink at home and abroad is reviewed and evaluated briefly.Then,what are the ideas and methods of this study? Finally,the technical route of this study.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and the theoretical foundation.The definition part is mainly to define the definition and scope of carbon sink and forest carbon sink in this study.The theoretical foundation part mainly expounds the sustainable development theory,property right theory and grey system theory applied in this research.Chapter three is the economic value assessment of forest carbon sink in guangdong province.This chapter first calculates the total forest carbon sequestration of guangdong province from 2000 to 2017 based on the data of statistical yearbook and the official website of relevant departments,and then evaluates the economic value of forest carbon sequestration of guangdong province from 2000 to 2017 by using the forest stock expansion method.According to the calculation results,when the carbon sink price is fixed,there is a positive correlationbetween the economic value of forest carbon sink and the amount of forest carbon sink.Chapter four is an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the economic value of forest carbon sinks in guangdong province.This chapter first introduces the grey relational degree model and its related steps,and then builds and applies the grey relational degree model according to the total forest carbon sink data of guangdong province from 2000 to 2017 as well as the data from the yearbook and related official websites obtained in chapter 3,and draws relevant conclusions.The fifth chapter is the domestic and foreign experience for reference.This chapter first carbon sink per plant in guizhou poverty alleviation projects,the CDM afforestation reforestation carbon sink project of China’s pearl river basin in guangxi reforestation projects and different development paths of the eu carbon trading scheme is presented,and development of guangdong province forest carbon sink project should consider economic development a variety of operating mechanism and combined with rural poverty alleviation.Chapter six is the part of policy recommendations.According to the results of empirical analysis,it is pointed out that the government should strengthen the role of macro guidance.Improve the prevention and control of forest diseases and insect pests and forest fires;Increase afforestation and control deforestation;Increase capital and science and technology investment,improve forest productivity four policy proposals.Chapter seven is the conclusion and prospect.This chapter includes three parts: the basic conclusion,innovation and deficiency and the direction of further work. |
