Morinda officinalis How is a perennial vine of the genus Rubiaceae,which has the effect of tonifying the kidney yang,strengthening bones and dispelling wind-dampness Due to the great demand and intensive collection,people pluck wild resources,causing serious damage to the ecological environment.Considering planting costs and soil and water conservation,planting Morinda officinalis How under the forest may be an effective method of planting.However,the planting and cultivation techniques are inadequate,it cannot meet the requirements of traditional Chinese medicine.In this study,we studied the problems to be solved in the planting techniques of Morinda officinalis How under the forest.The relationship between the soil physico-chemical properties and the quality of Morinda officinalis How,as well as the effect of planting conditions under different forests on Morinda officinalis How were studied by field investigation and laboratory analysis.We studied the effects of cultivation measures on the growth of Morinda officinalis How under different planting conditions by field experiment and indoor pot experiment.The main results are as follows1.Analysis the soil physico-chemical properties showed that Morinda officinalis How grew in weakly acidic red or yellow soil.Correlation analysis found that soil physico-chemical properties have a greater impact on the quality of Morinda officinalis How.pH is the factor that has a great influence on the four oligosaccharides of Morinda officinalis How,otherwise there is a significant negative correlation between pH and sucrose,otherwise there is a strong positive correlation between pH and 1-Kestose,Nystose and 1F-Fructofuranosylnystose.There was a significant positive correlation between soil total phosphorus,available phosphorus,available potassium and 1-Kestose,Nystose,indicating that increasing the content of available phosphorus and available potassium in soil can improve the quality of Morinda officinalis How2.By measuring the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,sucrose,1-Kestose,Nystose and 1F-Fructofuranosylnystose in different growth years.It was there was no significant difference in nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents.Besides,the sucrose content of the 3-year-old Morinda officinalis How was significantly higher than that of other growth years.The 1-Kestose content of the 4-year-old Morinda officinalis How was significantly higher than that of the 2-year-old plant.It is recommended that the cultivation period of Morinda officinalis How is 3 to 4 years3.The contents of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and sucrose,1-Kestose,Nystose and 1F-Fructofuranosylnystos in different planting conditions showed that there is no obvious effect on the above indicators of Morinda officinalis How between the forest and non-forest conditions.However,the results of the main component comprehensive scores showed that the quality of Morinda officinalis How planted under the forest was better than bare land,indicating that it is feasible to plant Morinda officinalis How under the forest4.The results of the 9-month indoor pot experiment and field test showed that,different planting densities had no significant effect on the high,ground diameter and biomass,and the nutrient element content decreased with the increase of planting density Compared with the unfertilized Morinda officinalis How,fertilization amount of 15 g·m-2,30 g·m-2,45 g·m-2 and 60 g·m-2 can significantly improve the biomass and nutrient content The results of the shading community showed that the height and ground diameter of Morinda officinalis How growing under 50%shading were significantly higher than 95%,but there was no significant difference from the 100%light transmission treatment.The biomass,root weight and nutrient content increased significantly with the increase of light intensity.There was no significant difference in the yield and quality between the two varieties of Guangningte and Heiyouzi.Considering the comprehensive yield and quality,the planting density of 30 cm×20 cm,the application amount of compound fertilizer of 30-50 kg·mu-1,and the shading of 20-50%of the planting can be used in the production.
