| Rice is one of the main food crops in China,mainly based on paddy field cultivation.Boat-type paddy field walking machinery accounts for a certain proportion of small machinery in paddy field operations.The ship plate is the main load-bearing component of the ship type paddy field machinery.During the operation,the ship plate and the mud surface contact form a large resistance,which causes a large energy waste,and also affects the ship mechanical power matching and structural design.This paper summarizes the development of drag reduction technology and earth-groove test bench at home and abroad,and understands the latest developments of related technologies.For the working environment of the ship-type paddy field machinery,select suitable organisms for bionics drag reduction research.Because the environment in the actual cultivated land is more complicated and affected by objective factors,the test parameters and conditions are not easy to control.Due to the weather and the season,the test time is limited.Therefore,combined with the existing soil tank test device technology,a new type of shipboard resistance test traction device was designed and manufactured.The device can simulate the farming environment of paddy field in the laboratory environment,and has the advantages of small volume,convenient operation and high test precision,and can be controlled and analyzed for different test factors.This paper finds the resistance change law of the ship’s board running at a lower speed by testing the resistance of the ship’s board at a lower speed.When the traveling speed is 0.0025 m/s under a specific ship plate,it is the distortion point of the resistance change.When the traveling speed is less than 0.0025 m/s,the sliding resistance of the ship plate decreases with the increase of the speed,when the traveling speed is greater than 0.0025 At m/s,the sliding resistance of the ship’s plate increases as the speed increases.By analyzing the test data,a functional relationship between the ship’s board travel resistance and the travel speed is established.Choosing crocodile as a bionic creature,through the analysis of the living environment and living habits of crocodile,expounds the rationality of choosing crocodile as a bionic object.Through the analysis of the scales of the lower abdomen of the crocodile,the parameters such as the shape,distribution and structural characteristics of the scale unit were obtained,and a three-dimensional simplified model of the bionic surface was established.The bionic shipboard sample was designed and the drag reduction performance was verified by orthogonal test.It is shown that the resistance parameter of the bionic shipboard sample with the imitation crocodile lower epidermis scale structure is better than the ordinary ship plate sample.When the traveling speed is 0.0025 m/s and the ship’s load mass is 2.5 kg,the ship’s sliding resistance is the smallest when the ship’s plate is a bionic ship.The test analysis results show that the traveling resistance of the ship plate is related to the ship plate pattern and the ship plate travel speed.Compared with ordinary ship plates,bionic ship plates have good drag reduction effect,and the drag reduction effect is between 1.4% and 6.3%. |
