| Irradiation can induce gene mutation and increase phenotypic variation.In order to provide genetic diversity and resources for identifying important genes,a new 60Coγ-ray(the dose is 200 Gy)mutagenized soybean population was generated using Guixiadou2.After the stable phenotype has been obtained from M1to M4generations in the natural fields,which was a foundation for screening the M5and M6(partly M7)mutants.The yield,quality and agronomic characteristics were measured and analyzed to construct two mutant libraries in 2281 M5.The DNA fingerprinting was constructed by using 62 M6lines,and the M6was planted across four different environments for estimating the mutation genetic stability.We have preliminarily constructed two mutant libraries and one DNA fingerprinting,and the differences between the target traits and the adjacent control are significant in two mutant libraries.(Ⅰ)The seed quality and seed yield mutant library were constructed:there were eight higher protein mutant lines,four lower protein mutant lines,four higher oil mutants lines,six lower oil mutant lines,six higher hundred-grain weight(HGW)mutant lines,four lower HGW mutant lines and six higher per plant yield mutant lines,respectively.(Ⅱ)The agronomic trait mutant library:there were three tall-culm mutant lines,four dwarf mutant line,three hilum color mutant lines,three seed coat color mutant lines,four flower color mutant lines and four leaf shape mutant lines,respectively.(Ⅲ)The DNA library was established:the 38 elite mutation individuals from“two mutant libraries”were fingerprinted using simple sequence repeats(SSR)markers,among which 17 mutant lines have been constructed for DNA fingerprint library.There were 21mutant sites including 61 genetic diversity loci. |
