The Development Of Intelligent Device Of Soilless Culture

With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,the demand for vegetables and fruits is increasing,and the health and safety requirements of food are also increasing.The traditional soil cultivation is very difficult to meet people’s pursuit green food of high quality,and the nutrient solution of artificial configuration instead of soil in soilless culture,to provide a variety of nutrients required for growth of plants.It can avoid the plant pollution which is caused due to soil pollution or a great use of pesticide.Meanwhile,it can improve the yield,save resources and reduce cost.This paper introduces a kind of intelligent soilless cultivation device is based on analyzing the existing aeroponic system by finding the existing problems of them and improved them.Finally,I develop an automatic spraying device by using ultrasonic atomization.It includes the cultivation box,the liquid storage box,the support,the automatic feeding and control system of the nutrient solution,and the automatic control system of temperature and humidity.In this study,lettuce was selected as the experimental object.Under the same conditions,the lettuce grown by ultrasonic spray and hydroponics was compared,and the growth of lettuce was better under ultrasonic spray.
