| In this paper,the germplasm resources of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Henan province(Mianchi,Luoyang,Nanyang)were investigated and researched,and 15 types of Salvia miltiorrhiza were collected.They are: M1,M2,M3,M4,M5,C1,C2,C3,C4,F1,F2,F3,F4,S1,S2.In the aspects of Agronomic traits,yield traits and index components,the selected types of Salvia miltiorrhiza were compared and the germplasm resources were evaluated.Through correlation analysis and cluster analysis of agronomic traits and index components content,the excellent germplasm types were screened out,and the relationship between the special traits and characteristic indexes of Salvia miltiorrhiza germplasm is adequately understood.This study was carried out to provide theoretical basis for evaluating source and selecting excellent.At the same time,Salvia miltiorrhiza contains many active ingredients.In order to accurately determine the content of 10 indicators,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to establish the quantitative analysis of multi-component with singlemarker.There is the result and content of experiment:1.The Salvia miltiorrhiza plant height,stem diameter,aerial parts fresh weight,apiculus little leaf and apiculus little leaf weight were meausred.The results show that the types of M2,S1 have a higher plant height,and the types of M2,F3 have a greater stem diameter,and the types of C1,F3 have a bigger aerial parts fresh weight,and the type of M2 has a bigger and wider apiculus little leaf.2.The root strip-number of Salvia miltiorrhiza,main root length,main root diameter,individual plants root fresh weight and individual plants dry weight were measured.The results show that the F3 type of individual plants has more root strip-number of individual plants,and the S1 type of individual plants has a longer root length of individual plants,and the M3 type of individual plants has a longer main root diameter,and the C1,F3 types of individual plants have a bigger root trunk fresh weight;the underground root of M3,C1,F3,S1 is bigger.3.Ten index components of 15 Salvia miltiorrhiza types were determined in this experiment.Among them,the content of M4 and M5 type tanshinone I was 0.The other 13 types of Salvia miltiorrhiza all contained 10 index components,and the content of four index components prescribed in Pharmacopoeia was up to the standard.Among them,the index components of M2,F1,S1 and S2 were higher than those of the other types.4.Through correlation analysis and cluster analysis of agronomic traits and index components of different types of Salvia miltiorrhiza,four lines with high content of pharmacodynamic components and two lines with high yield were screened out.The four strains with higher content of active ingredients are M2,F1,S1 and S2.The root number of Salvia miltiorrhiza is the highest,and the contents of salvianolic acid B,cryptotanshinone,tanshinone I and tanshinone IIA are the highest.The two high-yield strains are M1 and F3,and the dry and fresh weight of the root per plant of Salvia miltiorrhiza are the highest.5.Through investigation,taking sodium tanshinone as internal ginseng substance,the relative correction factors between sodium tanshinone and caffeic acid,ferulic acid,rosmarinic acid,shikonic acid,salvianolic acid B,dihydrotanshinone I,cryptotanshinone,tanshinone I and tanshinone IIA were established.It is shown that the relative correction factors of the components to be tested under different test conditions are accurate and reliable,and the relative retention value method can accurately locate the components to be tested.The experimental results of one test and multiple evaluation method and the results of external standard method are analyzed,and the quality evaluation of the components by one test and multiple evaluation method is accurate and feasible. |
