| With the large-scale,agglomeration farming model of livestock industry developed rapidly, the pollution problem of livestock and poultry breeding is becoming more and more prominent. At home and abroad, the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding is attributed to the centralized pollution emission caused by large-scale breeding, but less attention to agglomeration factor and scale economy of pollution control.Based on this, from the perspective of the scale of economic on large-scale,agglomeration of farming model, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism and establishes the mathematical model of enterprise environmental cost. The results show that the increase of the spatial agglomeration degree of livestock and poultry breeding industry can improve the effect of livestock and poultry pollutant treatment, and the scale of production of livestock and poultry breeding enterprises and their livestock and poultry pollutant treatment effect showed inverted "U" type nonlinear relationship. At the same time, this paper analyzes the influence of industrial space agglomeration and production scale on the emission intensity of livestock and poultry pollutants and the selection of emission reduction measures from the macroscopic level and microcosmic level by measuring the Gini coefficient of livestock and poultry breeding industry.Research shows:(1)Based on provincial panel data, the enhancement of spatial agglomeration of livestock and poultry breeding is beneficial to reduce the emission intensity of livestock and poultry pollutants, and there is a "U"relationship between the scale of farming and the intensity of livestock and poultry pollutants, which demonstrates the correctness of hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 from the macroscopic level. In addition,we can find that the investment in environmental management invested by each province has no obvious effect on the management of livestock and poultry breeding pollution.(2)Based on the full sample data of micro enterprises, the increase of industrial agglomeration of livestock and poultry industry will encourage enterprises to choose better emission reduction measures in order to avoid the punishment of environmental regulation and achieve better pollution control effect. At the same time, there is an inverted "U" type relationship between the scale and the effect of pollution control in the enterprise. This conclusion demonstrates and explains the correctness of hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 from the microscopic level. In addition, compared with the breeding of other types of livestock and poultry, pig enterprises are more likely to implement better emission reduction measures to achieve better emission reduction effect;compared to the company, breeding communities and cooperatives are more likely to implement better emission reduction measures to achieve better emission reductions.(3)According to the micro-enterprise sub-sample data, from the perspective of livestock and poultry breeding pollution control, cultivated pig enterprises are suitable for more concentrated farming model, chicken farms on the accumulation of farming space is no obvious requirement, and cattle farming enterprises are more suitable for relatively scattered farming model.Farms and cooperatives are more suitable for relatively centralized distribution patterns in space, while breeding communities and companies are suitable for relatively decentralized distribution patterns. The innovation of this paper is to combine the two farming characteristics of scale and agglomeration, from the perspective of scale economy of pollution control and emission reduction, and study the influence of industrial space agglomeration and production scale on livestock and poultry breeding pollution. The research content does not simply stay in the macro level, but study of the industrial space agglomeration, the scale of production on the impact of corporate pollution control measures, and also discusses the influence of breeding species and organization form on the selection of own emission reduction measures, and puts forward the optimal breeding mode of enterprises with different types of livestock and poultry. |
