| Forest ecological system fully reflects the great value contribution in human survival and social development,nearly a decadeforthe evaluation of forest ecological service function,which is a research hotspot about development of modern forestry at home and abroad.Anxi County is the research areain this paper,to makethe county’s functional benefits of forest ecosystem intuitive with currency,as well as,research and analyze the ecological compensation and ecological resource function forthe county’s forest,in order to explore the more scientific and effective forest management mode for the county.The main results are as follows:1)With reference to Chinese "Forest Ecosystem Services Evaluation Criteria",evaluate Anxi county’s ecological function with the data about Class Ⅱ survey of 2006 and 2015.That is,The total value of forest ecological service function was 189.91×108 yuan in 2006,The value of unit area was 93199.84 yuan/hm2;In 2015,the total value is 180.13 ×108 yuan,the value of unit area was 93834.07 yuan/hm2.The results show that,the total ecological benefit of Anxi County reduce slightly with the decrease of total forest resources,but natural broad-leaved forest and coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest have great contribution in the county’s various forest types.The proportion of forest resources allocation increase obviously during the period of eleventh five-year to twelfth five-year,which promoted the ecological benefit of forest in Anxi County.2)Based on the forest ecological function value of Anxi County in 2015,and check the ecological compensation.The results showed that,the total amount of ecological compensation was 12.42 × 108yuan/a,and the compensation amount of unit area was 6473.65 yuan/hm2.And make reasonable suggestions on the ecological compensation policy of Anxi County.3)Considering Anxi County’s difference of forest ecological function value,environmental sensitivity,topography and resource allocation in 24 villages and towns,the county is divided into four major areas about ecological function:eastern low mountain hills scenic tourism functional area,northeast low mountain timber and economic forest(tea grove)functional area,northwest mountain water conservation function area and southwest low mountain high hill economic forest(tea grove)and bamboo functional area. |
