Compare Research Of Hatching Performance Of Seven Major Local Ducks In Nursery Field

In order to understand the hatchability of seven kinds of native duck breeds(Shan Ma Duck,You Xian Duck,Ma Wang Duck,San Sui duck,Jin Ding Duck,Lian Cheng White Duck and Pu Tian Black Duck),of which performance and changing situation in conservation farm.Collected the number of 11202 experimental eggs.(1512 Shan Ma duck eggs,1450 You Xian duck eggs,1770 Ma Wang duck eggs,1803 San Sui duck eggs,1898 Lian Cheng white duck eggs,1257 Jin Ding duck eggs,1512 Pu Tian black duck eggs),No refined egg rate,Egg dead embryo rate,Fertilization rate,Fertilized egg hatchability and Hatching egg hatchability was observed and recorded,And according to the varieties and varieties for the incubation performance comparison and correlation analysis.Results showed:Comparison among different breeds:No refined egg rate:You Xian duck have highest rate,while Jin Ding duck was lowest.Egg dead embryo rate:San Sui duck have highest rate,while You Xian duck was lowest.Fertilization rate:Jin Ding duck have highest rate,while You Xian was lowest.Fertilized egg hatchability:Lian Cheng White duck have highest rate,while Sansui duck was lowest.Hatching egg hatchability:Lian Cheng White duck have highest rate,while Youxian white duck was lowest.Comprehensive analysis found that fertilization rate of Shan Ma and Lian Cheng White duck were in intermediate level in 7 duck breeds,but their fertilized egg hatchability and hatching egg hatchability were in the top in those breeds.So,we believed that the hatching performance of Shan Ma and Lian Chen White duck was the best in breeds through comprehensive analysis.However,though the fertilized eggs hatching rate of the Yu Xian duck was higher,But fertilization rate and the hatching rate was the lowest among 7 Duck Breeds,Therefore,You Xian duck hatching performance level was not good.It’s worth noting that although the fertilization rate of Ma Wang duck and Sansui duck and Jin Ding duck were higher,While,the dead egg rates of the those breeds all exceeded 20%,Due to the hatching rate and hatching rate was not better,thus affecting the performance of hatching eggs.Comparison of different weight groups between the same breeds.Shan Ma duck:in group 62-66g,the hatching rate was the highest,in>70g group,the hatching rate was the lowest.Yu Xian duck:in group 66-70g,the hatching rate was the highest,in>70g group,the hatching rate was the lowest.Ma Wang duck:in group 62-66g,the hatching rate was the highest,in<58g group,the hatching rate was the lowest.San Sui duck:in group 66-70g,the hatching rate was the highest,in>70g group,the hatching rate was the lowest.Lian Cheng white duck:in group 58-62 g,the hatching rate was the highest,in>70g group,the hatching rate was the lowest.Jin Dingduck:in group 62-66g,the hatching rate was the highest,in>70g group,the hatching rate was the lowest.Pu Tian black duck:in group 62-66g,the hatching rate was the highest,in>70g group,the hatching rate was the lowest.We compared hatchability of different size eggs weight in same duck breeds,it showed:group 62-66g of the Ma Wang duck and Shan Ma duck and Pu Tian black duck hatchability were the best than other weight groups.group 66-70g of the Yu Xian duck and Sansui duck and Jin Ding duck hatchability were the best than other weight groups.group 58-62g of the Lian Cheng White duck hatching performance was the best than other weight groups.Through comprehensive analyzed hatchability of each breeds in different weight groups,the hatchability of the egg was best when the egg weight was between 62-70g.Correlation analysis eggs size and hatchability,we found that eggs weight was Significant positive correlated with the dead embryo eggs rate;and Significant negative correlated with the fertilized eggs hatching rate.No refined egg rate was significant negative correlated with the dead embryo eggs rate;and significant negative correlated with the fertilization rate.The dead embryo eggs rate was significant negative correlated with the fertilized egg hatchability.Summarizing the hatchability found that the egg weight was not a clearly linear relationship with the hatchability,hatching rate did not gradually increase or decrease with the increasing or decreasing of egg weight,the relationship between hatchability and egg weight was a parabolic form that increased first and then drops.This has certain reference significance to improve hatchability of eggs.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the influence of environment,nutrition,duck feeding mode etc.in the production management of duck,select the appropriate range in egg weight,improve the production performance of duck.
