Food safety is a key concern of governments and people all over the world.However,in recent years,food safety problems have occurred frequently,seriously threatening people's life and health.Traditional food traceability system has hidden dangers such as centralized storage,isolated data island,and tampering with information records at will,which causes great difficulties for food traceability.The development of blockchain technology provides new ideas for solving the problem of food traceability.In this paper,we proposed a credibility measurement model for data on the chain and improved consensus algorithm.By combining blockchain technology with traditional traceability system,a blockchain traceability system based on trusted double chain that is suitable for food quality and safety is constructed,which can prevent privacy leakage.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Blockchain technology can record and track product information,effectively prevent data tampering,and provide new methods and ideas for food safety traceability.At present,the research focus on the design and construction of a traceable blockchain system,but the system proposed cannot provide a method to verify the credibility of the data on the chain.This paper studied the credibility measurement model of on-chain member and on-chain data quality measurement model,and finally a credibility measurement method of on-chain data based on evidence theory was proposed.At the same time,the effectiveness of the method is verified by an empirical case.(2)Consensus mechanism is one of the key cores of blockchain technology,which is related to the performance of blockchain system.To solve the problem that PBFT(Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance)algorithm is difficult to be applied to large networks with many nodes because of its high complexity and poor scalability,an improved Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(IPBFT)was proposed.The algorithm combined with aggregation signature technology improved the consistency protocol process and reduced the communication complexity.The security node set is introduced to effectively reduce the time delay caused by view switching.Meanwhile,nodes are allowed to join or leave the consensus network dynamically.The simulation results show that IPBFT consensus algorithm can keep the activity and security while improving the scalability and reducing the communication cost.(3)This article uses the technical characteristics of blockchain to apply it to all aspects of the food industry chain.Combined with digital signature technology and consensus algorithm,a food quality and safety tracking scheme based on trusted double chains(Private Blockchain and Consortium Blockchain)was designed.Finally the blockchain tracking system and data storage are realized.The system proposed in this paper can effectively prevent data tampering,ensure decentralized storage of data,and achieve complete traceability of food data information.In addition,it supports the dynamic joining or withdrawal of nodes participating in the circulation,which ensures the traceability efficiency and security of the system.
