Research On Progress Control And Quality Management Of Skid-mounted Project Of Small-scale Lng Liquefaction Plant

In recent years,in order to improve the air quality in the northern region,optimize environmental governance,and promote clean energy,China has swiftly implemented the "coal-to-gas" policy,which has led to an increase in the domestic natural gas supply gap.Especially in the winter heating peak,the price of natural gas continues to be high,which has seriously affected the stability of people's livelihood and economic development.The government has issued many documents to improve the development and reserve capacity of natural gas and reduce the waste in the process of natural gas development.As a result,small-scale LNG liquefier has been widely used in gas well development projects in some remote areas.Small LNG plant is characterized by simple and compact equipment,low investment and small size,which plays an irreplaceable role in the upstream development and downstream promotion of natural gas industry.This paper takes the production process of multiple small LNG plants undertaken by Z company as the research content,finds some problems existing in the design,procurement,and construction stages of the plant,and uses the related theories of schedule control and quality management to analyze the factors forming the problems,and then formulate Schedule control process,put forward specific methods to solve internal and external influencing factors,introduce the concept of total quality management into the management of human,machine,material,law and environment at all stages,and optimize the implementation measures of quality management.This subject intends to establish a sophisticated,efficient and flexible management system through the research of small-scale LNG liquefaction plant projects,and provide manufacturers in the same industry with broader management ideas,so as to reduce the manufacturing cost of small-scale LNG liquefaction plants and shorten the processing cycle.,The goal of improving quality and output,expanding the application of the device in the development of remote scattered gas fields and gas wells,and contributing to accelerating my country's energy structure adjustment.
