By applying the pressure technology on the electromagnetic heating rice cooker,rice can be made to taste better and more nutritious.With the research and development of pressure electromagnetic heating rice cooker,it will undoubtedly help to get more market share.However,the standard of pressure electromagnetic heating rice cooker is more stringent.For example,in terms of safety performance,the product cannot be damaged under 6 times of rated working pressure.In the past,it took time and effort to design with experience,and it lacked rigorous theoretical analysis and design,so it has positive significance to provide the basis for design reliability through the application of lean design tool method,computer simulation and optimization.Taking the new generation pressure electromagnetic heating rice cooker of the company as the research object,this paper analyzes the working principle of the product,the mathematical model involved,and the technical scheme to be adopted for the three key mechanical systems.Through the scheme comparison,the optimal scheme is selected to carry out the structural design of the product.After the completion of the structural design,who use tools to improve the design and research of the key mechanical system.The square root method is used to analyze the tolerance design of the dimension chain of the pressure control system,to determine the key dimensions and tolerance distribution of the components in the pressure control system,and to ensure that when the pressure control system works within the tolerance range of the relevant components,there will be no problem that the pressure cannot be started or released normally.According to the standard of "failure pressure test",ANASYS is used to simulate the strength and product gap of pressure system.The displacement nephogram and equivalent stress diagram of key parts of pressure module are obtained.The redundant position and weak position of the strength of new parts are optimized to make the strength simulation result pass the failure pressure test.The prototype is made and tested,and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified through the safety performance related project test.DOE is used to analyze and confirm that the key factors affecting the opening angle are hinge spring angle,inner cover and damping silica gel size.A mathematical model of the relationship between the key factors and the opening angle is established,and the response optimizer is used to analyze and confirm the direction of design optimization.The user experience can be improved by adjusting the angle tolerance of hinge spring to meet the requirements of opening angle design.
