As an important part of the steel industry,how to improve the quality of strip steel has become an urgent problem to be solved,and a good technology of the roll gap shape control is the basis of strip quality.Therefore,the research group firstly proposed plate-shaped electromagnetic control technology based on the principle of induction heating,metal thermal expansion characteristics and internal restraint mechanism,and set up a roll profile electromagnetic control experimental platform to give reasonable electromagnetic parameters and temperature control methods.However,few studies have been done on the characteristics of the roll gap control of the rolling mill.Based on the above reasons,this article takes the electromagnetic control rolling mill as the research object,combines roll bending technology and roll profile electromagnetic control technology,and conducts a further research on the roll gap change law and cold rolling experiment in rolling,finally provide the theoretical basis for the industrialization of strip shape electromagnetic control technology.Based on the characteristics of the Y-shaped roll system of the electromagnetic control rolling mill,the influence function method is used to carry out the theoretical analysis of the roll system deformation of the Y-shaped electromagnetic control rolling mill.The roll bending influence function and the roll flattening influence function are derived,Meanwhile,the force balance equation and force-displacement relationship equation and Deformation coordination equation are established.According to the actual rolling characteristics of the electromagnetic control rolling mill,the Marc software is used to establish a three-dimensional rolling model of the Y-roll system of the electromagnetic control rolling mill was established and verified.Analyzing the influence of the combined effect of the bending roll and the electromagnetic control roll on the state of the load roll,the rolled strip,and the shape control characteristics.The method of data fitting is used to analyze the adjustment range of the load roll gap,and the bearing roll gap function is given.The strip thickness distribution under different rolling force,roll bending technology and roll crown is analyzed and gives a good comprehensive control strategy for strip shape.The experiment of aluminum plate indentation and rolling were carried out on the electromagnetic control rolling mill,and the thickness distribution changes of the aluminum plate under different rolling force,roll bending force and roll crown were analyzed,and the different roll bending force and electromagnetic control were verified by the rolling experiment.The influence of different bending roll force and the roll crown of the electromagnetic control roll on the roll profile is researched through the rolling experiment and finally proved that the roll profile electromagnetic control technology with the bending roll has an better effect on the strip shape control..
