As the saying goes,"food is the people's priority.".Food security plays an important role in national security,so the detection of food quality in food security is very important.At present,mainly by measuring the content of fatty acids in grain as the basis for judging the quality of grain.As for the determination of fatty acids in cereals,The detection method adopted in our national standard is chemical titration.But in the large-scale grain quality detection,whether it is manual titration or instrument titration,there are a series of problems,such as low accuracy,low efficiency,operation trouble.So it is urgent to develop a more automatic,efficient and accurate fatty acid value determination system.Regarding the issue above,this thesis designs and develops a full-automatic fatty acid value analyzer,which is based on computer vision and chemical titration.Specifically,The main contributions of this thesis are as follows.1.A new system architecture of fatty acid value analyzer is designed.In the system architecture,the hardware platform adopts the main structure of PC host computer +multi-core heterogeneous processor DM8127 + STM32 MCU + peripherals.The architecture combines the advantages of PC with excellent visual interface and humancomputer interaction,multi-core heterogeneous processor dm8127 with highperformance data processing speed,and STM32 with a large number of interfaces.2.A high-definition CMOS image sensor,a stable industrial LED ring light source and a new solution color detection device are used to ensure the accurate judgment of titration end point and improve the accuracy of determination.The experimental results show that the instrument test results of various sample experiments are in line with the national standards.By making multi module,multi process and multi thread run concurrently,the detection efficiency of fatty acid value in grain was improved.Compared with the same type of products,the average detection time of samples is reduced by at least 1 minute.3.A user operation software based on Java Script framework Vue.js and Node.js is developed and designed.The user operation software can be upgraded,configurable,automatic dimming,suitable for multi scene and multi-user,low professional requirements for users.Without human intervention,the system can automatically complete the whole process of up to 12 samples at one time.In the case of artificial intervention,the detection can be carried out continuously.The software and hardware of the full-automatic fatty acid value analyzer system has passed a series of strict tests,and the system meets the design requirements.The fullautomatic fatty acid value analyzer system introduced in this thesis has passed the acceptance of Chengdu Grain Storage Research Institute.And it has been mass produced.The results show that the titration end point of the instrument is accurate,the experimental data are stable,the determination results meet the national standards,the determination time is short,and the degree of automation is high.It is suitable for the fast judgment of grain storage quality when grain is purchased and put into storage,and the detection of fatty acid value in large quantities by grain testing institutions.
