Changning Shale Gas Block is located in Sichuan Basin.Water is needed in every link of construction,especially in the fracturing.The water consumption reaches 90% of the total water consumption.Once the whole platform starts fracturing,the water supply is required to be continuous and stable,which puts forward higher requirements for the energy-saving operation of the whole water transfer system.This paper takes the minimum total length of water supply pipe network as the optimization objective,uses the minimum spanning tree algorithm,genetic algorithm and bee colony algorithm to optimize the layout of the pipe network,and the optimization scheme of the pipe network layout is proposed.To minimize the sum of investment and operation cost of water supply network,genetic algorithm and other optimization algorithms are used to optimize the diameter of water supply system,and the optimization scheme of pipe diameter is also put forward.According to the fracturing production schedule of Changning shale gas block,taking the lowest electricity charge as the optimization objective,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the water supply dispatching scheme,and the optimal dispatching method is proposed.According to the characteristics of water supply system in Changning shale gas block,intake pool models with different shapes and geometric parameters are established.Fluent software is used to study the hydraulic characteristics of the flow field in the intake pool.Through numerical analysis,the reasonable range of geometric parameters of the intake pool and the optimal shape of the intake pool are put forward.Finally,this paper uses the GUI function of MATLAB to develop the optimization software of water supply system,and the software mainly includes three major functional modules,which are the optimal layout module,the optimal diameter module and the optimal dispatch module.
