The research on physical properties of rocks has more significance of understanding reservoir characteristics.Pore structure and mineral information of rock have great influence on seepage law of fluid in reservoir rocks,which can be studied by multi-mineral components digital core simultaneously.In other words,multi-mineral components digital core has great advantages in studying multi-component cores,such as shale.In this paper,a multi-mineral component digital core is constructed by numerical reconstruction method,and a two-phase flow simulation is carried out which is based on the morphology method.The main research contents and methods are as follows:Firstly,processing the two-dimensional rock slice images,including image graying,image filtering and image segmentation,to obtain the structural and distribution features of different mineral components.Furthermore,based on the existing MCMC method,proposing a new MCMC algorithm by improving the size and shape of the scanning template.The algorithm can perform digital core reconstruction on a larger scale and propose a new conditional probability weighting algorithm to ensure the reconstructed 3D multi-mineral group digital core can retain the distribution relationship of different mineral components,which can improve the applicability of the algorithm and the accuracy of core reconstruction results.Finally,by carrying out the flow simulation on the multi-mineral digital core,the numerical simulation method for two-phase flow in porous media is formed based on the morphological method.Compared with the pore network model and LBM,this algorithm has a great balance on accuracy and computational efficiency,which can save a lot of computing resources.In addition,considering about the special effects,such as snap-off,the capillary valve effect and the mix-wet caused by multi-mineral components,the influence of capillary valve effect on fluid distribution and fluid flow in digital core of multi-mineral components are discussed.In this paper,a set of methods for multi-mineral digital core construction and flow simulation is established,which has guiding significance for the study of micro-flow laws of multi-mineral rock.
