As a representative industry of the process industry,the refining industry is the pillar industry of China's national economic development,and its development status plays an important role in the national economy.As an important part of enterprise operation management,production optimization and improvement is an eternal theme in the development process of enterprise production and operation system,which can help enterprises reduce production costs and continuously enhance and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise market.In the actual production of oil refining companies,as the front-end link of refinery production process,whether the crude oil dispatching can be carried out smoothly and effectively directly affects the successful completion of refinery's production plan.Considering the safety and feasibility of the crude oil dispatching process,the multiplicity of objectives and the dynamics of the scheduling process,the decision of the refinery's crude oil dispatching is full of complexity.At present,oil refineries rely too much on traditional methods and platforms for crude oil dispatching,which are too old and costly to optimize the whole dispatching process from a global perspective.Therefore,it is urgent to adopt scientific methods to select reasonable crude oil dispatching schemes.This paper studies the optimization of crude oil dispatching when the refinery production plan of the upper atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is known.Firstly,the process of crude oil production scheduling in refinery is analyzed.The refinery's production process,crude oil scheduling process,atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit refining plan and crude oil scheduling scheme are introduced respectively.At the same time,the complexity of crude oil scheduling problem in refineries is analyzed.On this basis,a multi-objective optimization model for refinery crude oil dispatching is constructed.Secondly,the oil dispatching problem is transformed into the assignment problem from oil supply tank to atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Finally,since the refinery crude oil scheduling problem has been proved to be an NP-hard problem,an intelligent optimization algorithm is chosen to solve this problem.After analyzing the defects of genetic algorithm(GA)and particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,an improved genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm(GAPSO)is proposed to solve the model.Then combined with the example,the results show that by constructing the crude oil dispatching optimization model and using the genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm,the optimized results are 28.1% higher than that of the traditional spreadsheet simulation and prediction method platform of oil refining enterprises.The validity of the model and the feasibility and advancement of the algorithm are illustrated.In this study,production scheduling theory,optimization theory and genetic particle swarm optimization are used.In order to improve the scientific and effective generation of refinery crude oil dispatching schemes,it has been actively explored.It greatly enriches the existing theoretical research on production scheduling of oil refining enterprises,and provides a theoretical reference for the research of crude oil dispatching in refinery enterprises.
