In recent years,with the vigorous development of China's automobile industry,the competition among automobile manufacturers is becoming more and more fierce.The manufacturing accuracy is thus very important to the driving experience.In this paper,through the injection mold process design of windowpane run channel,a comprehensive understanding of the design process and attention points of the injection mold.By using neural network and genetic algorithm and aiming at the minimum warping deformation,the optimization of mould parameters was realized.First of all,we analyze windowpane run channel.In addition,in order to fully understand its processing requirements,size,structural characteristics,TPU material requirements and molding process,etc.the relevant national standards were referenced in the design and appropriate mold processing materials were selected to determine its processing mode as injection method.The parameters are calculated according to the structural characteristics of the windowpane run channel,and the injection mold was designed in detail.Based on the results of related calculations,UG software is used to draw two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings of the mold,and perform CNC CAM programming and simulation of molded parts.To analyze the optimal gate,Moldflow was used for finite element simulation during injection molding filling process.Comprehensive analysis of the basic items include filling,pressure,warping deformation,etc.Based on the results of model flow analysis,BP neural network model for warpage optimization was established.A total of 30 groups of data were analyzed to describe the relationship between process parameters and warpage.The relationship between process parameters and the amount of warping is described,and the warping model is optimized based on genetic algorithm.Finally,the optimal combination of process parameters is determined and the global warpage is minimized.On the other hand,through Moldflow verification of parameters before and after optimization,it is concluded that parameter optimization can effectively reduce the amount of warpage.a reasonable process plan is explored for the formal production of the plastic parts of windowpane run channel.The results show that the combination of GA and CAE,is helpful for improving product quality.And a reasonable process plan is explored for the formal production of the plastic parts of windowpane run channel.
