In order to obtain higher color yield,pattern definition,better color fastness to dry rubbing,wet rubbing and soaping resistance of water-based pigment digital printing fabric,it is necessary to carry out some pretreatment before digital printing.This paper mainly studies three aspects of fabric surface scraping,fabric surface modification and transfer printing process.The silicone modified polyacrylate adhesive with small particle size and effective improvement of film strength and softness as well as cationic colorizer were prepared for the scratch adhesive on the fabric surface,which made the coated adhesive have more soft handle and bright color.At the same time,the effects of two kinds of scraping methods on printing effect were compared.By controlling the amount of adhesive,titanium dioxide,thickener and other components,it was found that the printed fabric with primer and top glue had bright color,uniform ink distribution and high color fastness.Under the optimal process,the K / S value can reach 8.62,L value is 85.3,the color fastness to dry rubbing is 4 to 5 level,the color fastness to wet rubbing is 4 level,and the fastness to soaping is 4 to 5 level.For fabric surface modification,it is mainly through a variety of polymer additives to build a stable bridge between the fiber and the coating,give the fabric surface a certain cationic property,better combine with anionic water-based paint ink,reduce the ink infiltration,so as to achieve the effect of improving the color yield.The effects of five different contents of pretreatment solutions on the color of fabric printing were compared.The best final effect was that the fabric treated with self-made cationic colorizer could combine with hydroxyl group on fiber,form covalent bond with fiber,and combine well with pigment ink,which had high soaping and rubbing fastness.The final K / S value is4.45,L value is 71.3,the color fastness to dry rubbing is 4 level,the color fastness to wet rubbing is 3 level,and the fastness to soaping is 4 level.But this kind of treatment is only suitable for cellulose fiber,not for polyester and other synthetic fiber.For water-based pigment digital transfer printing,the effects of two different transfer methods on the performance of water-based pigment digital transfer printing were compared.By controlling the amount of binder,titanium dioxide,thickener and other components,the best paste was prepared.Finally,it was found that the final printing effect of reverse film digital transfer printing was better than that of release paper transfer printing,and the color fastness was all better higher.The K / S value of the final printing pattern can reach 8.68,the L value could reach 88.2,the color fastness to dry rubbing is 5level,the color fastness to wet rubbing is 4 level,and the fastness to soaping is 4 to 5level.Although the film is thin and the fastness is good,it is mostly suitable for light colored fabrics.If it is a dark color fabric,it is also necessary to spray white paint ink with strong covering power.
