The increase of production capacity means that the production capacity is improved by adjusting the organization,management methods,technical processes and operation methods of the production line.Domestic traditional manufacturing enterprises often fail to play their capacity due to problems such as technical process and production management.This paper takes the H-beam production line of Baosteel Steel Plant as an example,through work research,5W1H technology,ECRSI principle,balance theory,lean production mode and 6S site.Management and other classic industrial engineering theories and methods,research on the process flow,planning and scheduling,production management of the H-beam production line,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of the production line,poor balance,insufficient capacity,and can also be given to other domestic manufacturing companies.Provide a reference for capacity increase.This paper takes the capacity increase of traditional manufacturing industry as the research background,and uses the relevant theories and methods of industrial engineering to study the capacity increase of the H-beam production line of Baosteel Steel Plant.Firstly,using on-site investigation and program analysis,the layout and process flow of the H-beam production line were analyzed.The capacity index analysis and balance analysis were used to determine the production capacity of the H-beam production line,and from production operations,bottlenecks,scheduling and production.Management and other angles raise the reasons for the problem.Secondly,according to the industrial engineering method,the H-beam production line capacity improvement plan is formulated,including the capacity improvement target,content and process.Mainly from the aspects of process flow,planning and scheduling,production management,etc.:through the rapid tooling of automatic equipment,the application of spray-integrated equipment to optimize the machine equipment,improve the balance of man-machine hybrid production time;through process analysis and The ECRSI principle re-arranged the layout of the workshop and the layout of the work station,further optimizing the production operations and logistics transportation;implementation of standard operation improvement based on MOD method;optimizing the planning and scheduling according to the lean production theory,applying the order-based production plan and the pull production method,establishing the market/customer The oriented planning and scheduling method improves the flexibility of planning and scheduling,and is suitable for small-volume,multi-batch market demand;establishes 6S on-site management system and implements lean production methods to improve the organizational structure,production methods and production habits of employees.Finally,it summarizes the implementation content of the introduction,design,implementation and continuous phase production capacity improvement,as well as the implementation safeguard measures and implementation effects of the capacity improvement program.The research in this paper provides a comprehensive optimization plan for process flow,planning and scheduling,production management,etc.for the production capacity of H-beam production line of Baosteel Steel Plant.After the implementation of the plan,it is expected to not only effectively increase the production capacity of the production line,but also increase the balance rate of the production line and reduce the number of operators in the production line.The research methods and experience of this paper can also provide reference for the productivity improvement of other similar manufacturing companies.
