Most of the gas test Wells in the gas field of Block T mainly produce light oil and show the characteristics of low oil quantity and general oil production. Some Wells showed the characteristics of condensate gas reservoir in the preliminary surface sampling and recombination evaluation. In the process of gas reservoir development, the development methods vary greatly with the different types of gas reservoirs, while the conventional production methods often cause reverse condensate damage and freeze blocking phenomenon in the wellbore or near the well, which has a great impact on gas well productivity,long-term stable production and recovery factor. Therefore, the research on block physical properties and the productivity of different types of Wells is an urgent need for the development of Block T.The composition of formation fluid varies greatly among gas Wells in Block T.The formation fluid in the gas field belongs to wet gas and slightly condensate oil. After analyzing the phase state of the fluid, the fluid properties in the same well area are relatively stable. The first and second members of T3 block belong to the typical wet gas reservoir, while the first member of T2 block belongs to the typical low condensate gas reservoir.Combined with the fluid phase state and production performance of T2 and T3 blocks, the gas reservoir type and accumulation mode are analyzed. The core wettability test and water seal test were analyzed, the damage degree of water seal of matrix core and fracture core was judged, the formation conditions of hydrate in gas Wells with different methanol concentrations were predicted, the hydrate prediction model was established, and the influence of hydrocarbon components on hydrate was analyzed. The well test analysis of gas fields in block T2 and T3 was carried out through numerical simulation experiments, and the one-point method productivity prediction model of vertical and horizontal Wells was established to evaluate the productivity of gas Wells and study the dynamic characteristics of typical Wells. The results showed that the T area has obvious characteristics of strong water wettability, gas well frequent switch well formed high water saturation. The worse the reservoir physical property, the more obvious the damage of water lock. The damage degree of retrograde condensate to gas permeability in matrix cores is greater than that in fracture cores.Fracturing of condensate gas reservoir with slight condensate can reduce the damage of reverse condensate to a certain extent. The hydrate formation in Wells W1 and W4 is predicted, and the hydrate formation pressure increases rapidly with the increase of temperature. The addition of methanol can significantly inhibit the formation of target gas hydrate. In the process of practical application, considering block well tone sample temperature and pressure suggested methanol injection concentration shall be not less than 15%,and when the wellhead gas temperature under 10 ? when, should choose according to pressure higher concentration of methanol injection.Well test analysis of gas well in block T shows that well T3 has good reservoir reconstruction effect on the whole.Through the prediction,it can be seen that the open flow rate of the vertical well decreases rapidly and the stable production capacity is poor. The open flow of horizontal Wells decreases far less than that of vertical Wells.
